Two days ago I received the video assessment email from Etihad but I still haven't uploaded the record. I want to ask you what should be the dress code for this?

I said a software similar to ATS may have been in use because One is Huge number of applications as this Virtual round is just after CV selection 2nd a few candidates have received rejection email just after submitting the interview. I still do not believe it is possible for them to watch each & every video & hence this round is in place. You must be referring to the next round after this where a recruiter is present with a few candidates where they do group discussions, one on one rounds,etc. Lastly, even if a recruiter does watch all these Virtual interviews later no suggestion given by me will hamper anyone’s marks in fact it will definitely impress them.

So I have came across multiple opinions of people in this regards. On my last Etihad video a comment explained recruiters may feel you are cheating if you use earphones. On the contrary, software on which they are taking these interviews is intelligent enough to analyse that the earphones are connected to that particular device or not. Also, they must consider that you are using earphones for better audio quality.

Personally I do not know anyone who has used airbuds but I do know people who have appeared using just the phone audio & progressed to the next stages of the interview.

Jab aapko minimum 3 months bache hoge 18 turn hone ke liye tab aap Interview ke liye ja sakte ho.

Aur airlines hire karti h 18 years ke candidates ko toh aisa ni hain ke wo aapko ye reason se reject kare.

I will suggest do not hide anything from the recruiters. Later on if they come to know it will not only create a negative impression about yourself they may even decide to terminate that candidate.

If you can hide the scar using makeup that is what is required right? Then why not disclose the same to the recruiters that you have used make up to conceal it.

If it’s a self harm scar you can tell them your self healing journey & how far you have came.

@@Zahera777 what if ma'am they'll gonna judge me on the basis of self harm cut? Ig this's hard to conceal with makeup, do u have any idea about the surgical process?

@@Suhaniyadav_.They will judge you on your mindset at present. As I said explain them you understand & accept yourself fully as to what you were going through, do not hesitate. Tell them about the measures you have taken to heal, be true & let them decide.

Yes you can. Vistara ne hiring stop kr di hain. Rest other airlines me koi minimum percentage ki recruitment ni hain apply krne ke liye.

Yes. Acne/pimples or normal unless they are occurring due to an underlying cause such as any deficiency or imbalance. Recruiters are not looking for perfect people with perfect skin we all have such things here or there & thats very human unless there is an underlying cause.

Did the recruiters tell her the reason for rejection is that Mole?

I hope you are recovering mentally now, try to heal the physical scar as well maybe use some creams or visit a dermatologist if the scar is actually visible.

Qatar airways me koi height limit ni hain only recruitment hain ke aapko tip toes par 212 cms reach karna hoga. Rest jaise aapne bola 2 3 cms maybe stretching or spine elongation exercises se reach ho sakta hain.

Yes. It’s a twin sharing room mostly for domestic & international both. At the moment, we have airbus 320 & 321 aircrafts. In 320 there are 4 crew members & 321 5 crew. So if its 321 1 crew gets a single occupancy room.

I like to read books & I would say that have really helped me to gain a momentum on the language & expand my vocabulary. While reading if I come across any word that I don’t know abt I would write it, understand its meaning, learn its pronunciation.

Watching movies in English with subtitles, practicing any speech, interview answers in front of the mirror, etc. I hope this helps🫶

Being an outsider I can only compare these airlines based on what they mention on their websites & watching content from their crew members on social media. Keeping in mind we all have different experiences.

In one reel they mentioned a few perks of Etihad saying you can add 20 members in your free flying list meaning your family/friends that you can add to receive benefits in terms of cheaper flights tickets. Whereas Emirates allows their crew to add only 2 members

Also, Etihad is the National airline of UAE not Emirates. I don’t think this will make a difference in an Employee’s experience.

I believe the pay grade also differs according to what I know Qatar is the highest paying so for comparison you will get paid the same amount in qatar economy class that you will make as Etihad’s business class crew member.

Hii. so the last time they hired was a huge recruitment but it was long back so I believe soon. I would suggest subscribe to the recruitment updates through their website.

Yes. Many airlines hire male as their Cabin crew. Domestic airlines such as Akasa air, Air India, AI Express and most of the International airlines.

Yes. Follow what is comfortable for you. Goal is you should be clearly visible & audible. So make sure your earbuds are properly connected & working.
