I wish to see livestream of someone who is under the influence of alcohol while operating a train in Train Sim World or Train Simulator. I would expect to see in this scenario higher risk of derailment or crashes, running stop signals, and erratic acceleration.

Physics seem legit. This is why I'm still on TS20xx. (Mainly for the route lengths to be fair). It'll take a PS7 to run anything like what's currently been available on TS. A shame. A massive shame.
I do get bored playing it. I wish there was more scenarios, where there are little quircks and differentiations, bad weather, break downs etc
Yeah, I think Dovetail are trying to make more engaging scenarios with their newer releases.

I was once playing a train simulator and I ended up slowing the train down a lot too late after a fork, so I backed up thinking I was clear. Then, I switched the rails so I could go the other direction, then I moved the train forward again, and launched the engine hundreds of feet in the air within a matter of 2 seconds😂

I used off the rails mode on scenario planner. You can use free roam mode now in TSW4.

Yes. Personally, I think TSW is the best railway simulator out there. The only problem with it is that there isn't a great deal of variety in the DLC they offer at the moment.
