Autumn in Denmark, forest bathing + small setbacks

  • Autumn is upon us, and I wanted to make the most of it by going for a walk around a lake and in a forest near me and taking you with me (in a manner of speaking). Everything didn't go as planned, but I tried to find the lesson in that - and was partly successful. I also wanted to embrace the experience of forest bathing, which is supposedly so good for your soul. I suppose I already knew that, but I still liked delving a little into the concept. (This begins at around 6.33).
    Music by Epidemic Sound:
    Autumn Ends - Alfie-Jay Winters
Last Days of July - Jonatan Mollberg
    Onthou - Ever so blue
    Little Memories - Megan Wofford
    Night Walk - Gavin Luke

Greetings from W. Canada. I wish that I had met you when I was a young man! You could have helped me in my quest to make a splendid Wienerbrød. ;) And my knitting would have improved tremendously as well I'm sure. Blessings ...

I always find myself referring to your videos as peaceful and tranquil. Your videos are a mental escape. I can't thank you enough Helle. (My name is Jayson by the way)

@@danishmusings Truly. The forest, the seashore, just your country in general is very calm. Not once have I heard loud music from cars driving by or from the people in general. Unless you edit those noises out from the video.

@@shakes7878 well I do edit some of that out because I want it to be a good, calm experience for you, but it is easy to find quiet parts of town 😚

Don't fret about the chainsaw sounds,in a way they blend in..
It's part of reality that we at times have to deal with.
    So sorry for your mic.

Once again, you provide biological knowledge where I had none (though I had to google your Swedish to fully understand). Thanks!
