I love the front yard and backyard. You had me sold there. Most of the interior I loved. Except that red room, the basement layout was strange and too many offices.
Sang how the back is north facing, with a slight angle to the west i would remove the wall between the kitchen and front living room to bring more light in during the later hours of the day. Other than that i wouldn't change a thing. This is a very designed home.
The place seems a bit over price. There is a ton of custom work, made to the owner specific taste. Which I look at as a draw back, harder to picture it as your own home. These touch's will only speaks to certain buyers.

Someone has been watching too many home improvement shows and quite honestly, I am so sick and tired of people shoving interior design down other people's throats. I miss the good old days when real estate agents encouraged a blank slate instead of all this B.S. staging.
That is my dream home. I never say that, but that is the exact design I love. The old mixed with the new. And pool puts it through the roof.
