Hi Dr. Drew! Thanks a lot for all informations. I was recently recommended to start BPC. But, I was wondering if the dosages (IM) were different depending on the person's weight (I weigh 120 lbs, 5'4). I have the impression that my recommandation dosages are high compared to what I read and see... But in my case, it is a “chronic” injury and not an acute injury.
Tough call, but going to say BPC-157 oral arginate salt because you DO NOT want to introduce endotoxins from online injectable peptides after TKR because you could risk a serious septic joint. If you haven't had the TKR yet (or if you just recently had it) and you're wanting a comprehensive approach to healing as best as possible, then you should work one on one with me. In your opinion while undergoing PRP and Stem cell therapy you should avoid taking NSAID’s is that to include Traumeel homeopathic? Any peptides worth possibly being on to help during this therapy?
Yes nsaids should be avoided whenever possible. Traumeel is not an NSAID so it does not need to be avoided. Yes, we commonly use peptides like BPC-157, tb500, ghkcu and GH secretagogues to help recover and heal better.
well, you don't need to inject it, oral works just as good. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better. PS they ship to Canada. I did just hear that Canada approved BPC-157 for use, which means it's available as an injection through some compounding pharmacies. So you could find a doctor in canada who prescribes
Sir I have multiple issues like rotator cuff tear, knees osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, so can I take bpc 157.... Is it reverse completely,???.... please answer me, how much time it will take, which is better injections or capsules
BPC-157 won't reverse those things, but it can help with the pain and inflammation associated with it. If you are working with a physician and can get injectable BPC-157 from a compounding pharmacy, then that's great. If you aren't, then we don't recommend the injectable version as this would require you to purchase BPC-157 from a research chemical website and these peptides are commonly contaminated with LPS, a bacterial endotoxin, which can cause really bad side effects. Instead of using injectable, we then recommend using an oral arginate salt. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. If you want a discount code, we have one for our patients on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements. Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157 Original 250mcg'. This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better. We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Thank you for the info. Is there any (animal) data on long term affects? Specifically thinking of cancer, any affect on sperm count or sperm health? Birth defects for offspring conceived during use? Asking for those considering BPC-157 use while “trying”.

Hi doctor. Hope you are good. Im about 2 order the bpc caps you recommended 👌 I have gastritis, was looking into it and some people say that the salt version in the pills you recommend upset the stomach that i would be better getting the other type???
Some people have noticed that the SNAC aggravates the gut, but not the arginate salt. We specifically use the Original Formula capsules without the SNAC.
No, it's unlikely that PRP will heal the rotator cuff tear, but it can improve your symptoms such that you might not need surgery. The only thing we have to truly heal the tear, which is what we do in our office, is high dose PRP or stem cell therapy
Hi Dr. Drew - I have a cerebrial spinal fluid leak (A hole in my spinal dura.) and blood patches are not working to help my body reseal itself. A doctor recommended BPC-157 and ghk-cu. Any thoughts on if these might help my injury? I just ordered the bpc-157 off your site. Do you sell the ghk-cu (If you recommend it.)? My doctor can order them for me, but they're $750 direct from the compounding pharmacy. Ouch. Worth it if you think I should go that route instead.
@Bikepacker regenerativeperformance.com/supplements then click InfiniWell and use code RP20 for 20% off. This is only for the topical version though. We prefer the injectable as it works better, but this would require you to become a patient for us to prescribe it to you as this comes from a compounding pharmacy.
Love the list, Bro. I'm taking BPC157 from nextchems and it really helps me a lot with recovery after an intense workout. They do that 5Amino1MQ on their shelf, now I'm curious. LOL
I’m confused as to why some say it really helped healing and others say that it made them feel better then stopped right after they stopped taking it. They unfortunately never say what brand they used what dose what else they were doing how long they took it. I don’t know if they’re just re-damaging themselves or what.
For those that have pain come back after, we believe the BPC-157 is just helping manage inflammation but isn't contributing to any healing. Unfortunately this happens sometimes
Hello, thank you for your time. I recently purchased a supplement, BPC-157 Rapid 500mcg, as I've been experiencing joint and tendon issues due to years of weight lifting and military service. Additionally, my fiancée has been dealing with gut problems, having been treated for SIBO, IBS, IBS-C, and leaky gut. I wanted to inquire about the appropriateness of this supplement for both of us. For her, would the recommended dosage be one pill twice a day?
BPC-157 is used for both MSK and GI conditions. I can't say if she should or shouldn't take it, as I'm neither of your physicians. The dose for both MSK and GI conditions is usually the same, 500mcg once per day. Recently we have switched from recommending the Rapid to the Original Formula (without SNAC) from InfiniWell. The rapid works very well, but I think it works even better without the SNAC. Make sure you use our 20% discount code RP20
Hey man. Looking to start BPC157 soon but I saw another doctor mention the oral capsules can accelerate cancerous tumours in the gut if they are starting to form around the age of 40 (I'm 38), so was just wondering what your take on that claim was? Thanks so much for all your info already!
Easiest way to find it is this - go to regenerativeperformance.com/supplementsps, and once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157'. When you hover over the product, you will see it says 'Original Formula' above the ingredient box). This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
Hi dr. Drew I have torn my hamstring high grade 2 possible 3 getting mri soon . I need to heal and recover as quickly as possible . Looking at bpc 157 from the site you recommended 500mcg do you think just 1 tablet or still take 2 a day , also do you think this will be good for me and with side affects anything affecting testosterone sex drive ect ?
I think 500mcg once daily is sufficient for most people. You also might want to look into StemRegen, which you can also find on our site - regenerativeperformance.com/supplements, No negative effects on test or sex drive
The most common starting dose we use with patients is 500mcg, once per day on an empty stomach. The time of day doesn't really matter in our opinion. We normally have patients take BPC-157 for at least a month to determine if they see improvements, but sometimes it takes longer to see effects as tissue healing takes time. We then have patients continue on the BPC-157 for several months, and then we might trial taking them off to see if their symptoms remained improved or if they regress. If they regress, we put them back on it.
Is it normal for injections of BCP 157 or TB 500 to hurt? I haven't seen anybody mention this but so far injections have been very painful, I opted for SUBQ over oral because I also wanted to use TB500 for injury. To be clear, its not the needle that hurts, it's pushing the plunger in that is extremely uncomfortable, and hurts increasingly as I near the end of the injection. So far I have used pinched stomach fat as is the standard recommendation, changing the angle of the injection to from 90 to 45 degrees has not helped.
Let me guess. You bought online and not through a doctor? If that's the case, it could be hurting because you bought something contaminated. It's not normal for it to hurt
lol I appreciate the honesty! Your story is all too common, and is why we only recommend injectable peptides from compounding pharmacies through a doctor

Hey Dr. Drew. I started taking 0.25mg BPC-157 per day and am experiencing strong anxiety+headache+fog side effects for the first two days. Could this be a histamine reaction? Can you suggest what to do about this
What source? If this is not from a doctor and compounding pharmacy (if injectable) then you should stop the injections. Most of these reactions are because of impurities in poor quality 'research' peptides
@@DrewTimmermansND Thank you for your response, good to know. Yes, injectable. I ordered from a supplier named "xpeptides," in Canada. They claim 98% purity and supply HPLC/MS analyses when requested.

What does the snac do that makes it less effective ?
Can bpc 157 help sciatica or radiculopathy?
we've seen it help some cases, but it depends on the cause of the radic
Hello doctor, i have been suffering from an on and off testicular pain, been through multiple doctors, multiple antibiotics and some other pills and both urologists i’ve seen don’t know what is happening. Is it worth seeing if BPC 157 could help? And if so, injectable or oral? This is all hypothetical of course :)
No idea as that's not my area of specialty. But if you decide to try, you don't need to use injectable as the oral works just as good! We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. We specifically use the Original Formula capsules without the SNAC. We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20).
@@DrewTimmermansND Thank you sir, i think i’m going to give it a go anyway as it’s really fuckign with my quality of life and i’ll let you know my results. Thank you for the informative videos!
@@DrewTimmermansND What are the best places to get tb-500?
Can this aid in nerve regeneration
It can often help with pain associated with nerves. Unclear if it can help with nerve regeneration in humans
Iv been taking 500 mg tablets for 25 days my shoulder injury gone my tennis elbow has gone and they have been with me for 10 years nigly pain all gone .iv read to come off for 4 weeks. Just wanted to know if the cycle length is the same as each other. Can anybody help me please.
Usually oral is 60 to 90 days on and 30 to 90 days off. What brand orally did u take?
@sncnutrition7118 thank you brawn nutrition they also do tb500 capsules but o don't no if I should mix them as I'm just getting over fatty liver and scaring do u know of anything I can take to help to counteract to what I'm thinking
Dr. Drew. Are there any trusted sources out there for an oral source?
We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. We specifically use the Rapid Pro capsules. We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
@@DrewTimmermansND Thank you just ordered a bottle.
Just one more question if you don’t mind. How do you recommend taking it.
500mcg once daily on empty stomach
Hey Dr Drew love your posts I am currently going through a place and I'm spending 332.00 for one bottle of 30 capsules seems a lot I've seen your info infini and you mentioned this. A lot less money is this pharmaceutical-grade
Yes thats a lot of money. The InfiniWell is the same form (actually probably a better form as it's the arginate salt) than the compounding pharmacies. Most compounding pharmacies use the acetate salt which isn't even as well absorbed. We use the InfiniWell brand as they use the arginate salt. We have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements
Thank you so much
Are BPC 157 and TB 500 safe to use during pregnancy? 🤔
That's never been studied, so we default to it not being safe simply because we can't confirm it is safe.
could anyone inform me of any research that might be out there for bcp 175 and tb 500 in helping with cysts on kidneys 🙏
Hey Dr.
Lots of places claim that. Doesn't make them good quality and free of contaminants or potentially endotoxins from not being sterile
@@DrewTimmermansND agreed, thank you!
Spinal fusion with BPC? Beneficial???
May help reduce some of the pain and symptoms from the fusion
Im seeing bpc 157 for £30 orally? Is this accurate
Yeah, you can take BPC157 thru an injection or orally, no difference between the two when it comes to efficacy as long as you take the right dosage. I just love the capsule form from nextchems for convenience. 😁
Is that form Arginate Salt? If not, you may be missing out on some efficacy
@@DrewTimmermansNDsame goes with injectable ? What’s the difference with arginate salt and the other one ?
Why am I getting constant headaches from the pills?
Hi would you recommend 250 mcg or 500 mcg? I am a 230 lb strength athlete with rotator cuff issues, appreciate your help
Does bpc cures Rheumatoid arthritis??!
No, but it may help with some of your symptoms
Anyone in Baja, Mexico working with these peptides??
Hi Doc, I recently injured my shoulder pulling something or maybe hurt my rotator cuff. I chose BPC-157, TB-500, and MK-677 for healing it. I was wandering what you thought about MK-677 combined with the other 2?
don't have as much experience with it compared to the injectable GH secretagogues, but I'm exploring it more
@@DrewTimmermansND well I decided to try MK. At first I noticed the extreme hunger people mentioned. (Like a constant munchies) and also a few others. It was a bit intense on 25mg so I dropped it down to 12.5 mg and most of those side effects became barely noticeable… the good effects though are still just as good at those dose it feels. Better sleep, feel stronger, joints feels better, even seems like my hair is getting fuller. Among other things.
@SaltyRad thanks for the update! I just started MK yesterday as well. Sucks that the FDA is taking it away in the US
@@DrewTimmermansND that depends, im pretty sure as long as its sold as reasearch chemical then you wont have any troubles. what your speaking of is the compounding pharmacies that got in trouble
@@DrewTimmermansND As a sub for 2-3 years i'd love to have your answer in a youtube short!
I'm going to be doing a IPA, BPC, TB protocol for my dislocated shoulder that happened a month ago, and it's still painfully remodelling. I know from your previous videos you do IPA+CJC mod stack which amplifies the IPA 3x but I thought 3 peptides was more than enough.
Protocol:
I'm trialing for 21 days with 10mg TB, 5mg BPC, 2mg IPA vials. Will reorder the next 21 days on day 15 of protocol if I notice a difference.
TB week-1 3mg, week-2 2mg, week-3 2mg
BPC 500mg per day
IPA 100mg per morning 30min before breaky

Please setup clinic in canada to treat the people here...
Is this stuff safe ??
what about cerebrolysin?
We haven't had access to that from our compounding pharmacies in years. I miss it
Please there is peptide synthesizer machines, thing is only pharmacists know how to use them. Someone should post a guide to one so people can make it themselves. Then the medicine for the people it seems no one wants to show the steps to use these machines and it wouldn't hurt anyones pocket cuz most people not technically literate
OMG!!! That's fucking horrible to do that kind of HORROR to animals...MY GOD. WHY DOES THIS SOUND SO NORMAL?
gave me portal hypertension
Can you give an example of this hypertension?
How many times did you take it before you experienced symptoms?
Doubt it
BPC makes me really moody.
Contaminated batch. Your own body produces BPC-157 in your gut.
