Great video thank you. I already checked out Part 1 and I'm most impressed by the detailed look at this trailer which I am thinking of getting for our dog after seeing someone else with one.
Since it has finally warmed up I got the bike out and his trailer and he hoped in and went for a ride. Just had to put air in the tires and we were good to go.
Great part 2! I have a fat tire e-bike and was curious how it might affect the battery. My dog weighs 45lbs and would need the standard size. Glad to hear it doesn’t drain too much while pulling some weight.
Good couple of videos. Thanks for the good walk through here; it will help in my decision. I always get a weird melancholy feeling when I start trying to figure out if my dogs might be happy or not. I sort of worry about my choices with them, etc etc. I think @photographingwildlife8779 has a healthy and helpful perspective on it...definitely would rather be out with you than stuck bored at home. The fact that a pup gets excited upon seeing the trailer is a great indicator as well. Have fun, and stay safe!
You should see him when we travel in our Class B RV we got last year. Hes so big and its small inside, however hes always ready to go to just be with us. We make it work and he sleeps curled up.
Would you share your dogs measurements? Height, length, weight? This looks awesome, but I know my dog is going to be close to the size limits (if not a little over) and I'm wondering if it's worth it.
True works good during the night, we found during the day on a main road it's not bright enough for cars to see until they are surving around you. Now we have no issues as we can see cars start to move over well before they are close.
No suspension, all how much air you put in the tires makes the ride more or less ridged. The base is a composite of some sort, very sturdy and easy to remove and clean. Hope this helps, my dog loves it and is always ready to go for a ride.
Thanks for sharing this. Your dog looks super comfy and happy. I have a lab and thought the Burley Tailwagon's height was a bit low. Glad I waited out a purchase now that Burley offers newer models that address some comfort issues. Does the rear rolltop flap have a window when closed if the weather gets tough? Thanks
So it is the same as the front, a mesh to allow air to flow. You can buy an rain cover if you require it. It also does have a solid cover for the rear that zips down. Its not water proof but it would keep out basic splash and light rain I would think. I did get mine from REI as they have a 1 year return policy once you are a member.
I have one and am trying to pull the wheel down for the "stroller/walking" position. Did you just PULL it, or have to push a button. I cannot get it pulled down.
He always wants to play, this give us the ability to take him with when we go on bike trails that require dogs on leashes. Also we do have a leash set up, but after 1 to 2 miles he too tired, so then he hops in and just checks out his sounderings. He just enjoys being out.
He is clearly enjoying the ride and they always would rather be with you than left at home. Love it! Thanks for the reviews!
He has the best time in it. As soon as I get the trailer out he cant wait to go.

I wish my dog would ride without barking the whole time she is in the Bark Ranger. Oh well, it works great like yours.
Maybe thats why they call it a bark ranger 😹

Not an issue, unless you ride the max distance. I have driven over 20 miles and not even a notice of battery issues

A usb rechargable flashing dog collar makes a great tail light when streched across the back of a trailer

What’s the suspension like? Also what is the base of the trailer made from? Thank you for your great informative videos.

Am considering getting one of these for my pup! How much does your dog weigh? Mine is a doodle and weighs about 70lbs. Am concerned about the fit.
Sorry dont get on here much. He weights 85lbs and super tall and fits just fine. Hes a large dog and long.
Hello, is it easy to stroll on rough/rocky/steep hiking trails? thank you!
Yes, it is!
So cute I have a trailer for my girl but she hates it she screaming barks I ha e a seat that sits behind me and she like it better as she next to mum
I need a trailer big enough for 3 dogs is there such a trailer. ( I have a American staff , English bull dog and a Staffordshire bull terrier)
Which ebike do you have? And have you reviewed it?
We have Gaint LeeFree bikes. Have not done a review as I noticed others have done it already.

Sorry just noticed this, I am guessing you figured it out by now. You pull it down then turn it till it locks with a click.
What brand are your saddlebags?
Thanks
Is the stroller handlebar removable?
Yes
Can the top be removed? And can dog be leashed inside?
Roof can't be removed, no leash. We only leash when he's out of the rig.
Those mesh windows aren't going to keep out the rain in bad weather.
No, it will let some rain in but not much. Much less than if you were just standing in it.
would two mid size 45 lbs fit?
I would not think so, just if they wanted to lay down might be the only issue. Otherwise the weight is fine.
There is no strap to hold dog inside trailer?
No
The funny part is that the dog would be happy to just go outside and play rather than being drug around.
