Looks great mate! I just ordered one of these on back order from Tower Hobbies. For the DLE40 do the standard firewall nuts fit the DLE40 mount? Looks like they do. And did you have to add weight in the tail? Thanks for sharing mate!
No, I had to drill the 4 mounting holes. The kit doesn't come drilled, you get a template for 3 different power options. I didn't have to add any weight to the bird, I put the ignition batt behind the fuel tank and the RX batt behind the rudder servo. Good luck on your build!

I look forward to this build even though it's a simple one. ARF's have come such a long way in the last 10 years. A lot is done for you now right out of the box. Even foamies. You definitely only need one on off switch and a 6 channel receiver.
