Worked for a government group where we had to park the vehicle a mile to a mile and a half away and put a white cloth in the window to signify it was an abandoned vehicle (that's a the common road sign, btw) when we went on op. That's why it was important to run a mile and a half in 10 minutes, and we had to have good cardiovascular health. I think Lucas just likes to give his targets a fighting chance 😂

You'd think that the other people that I assume are living in this apartment building would be concerned about weird devices randomly popping up on the walls.
I think the point of the story is that most people in that apartment are people in a specific location to hack a specific server to get into the red room sort of thing. So literally all around you these trials are going on for everyone else, too.
@@commandergull8188 Sure but you think you’d hear them going after other people, or even see them, right? It’s not like say.. the swat team is super silent when arresting other people in the apartments yet when they arrest you, they’re yelling and throwing flash bangs and such.
Mark at Beginning of Stream: "Even if it means I'll die, I'll try the doll maker site when I see it." Mark *Sees doll maker*: "I'm not going in and you can't make me"
I wouldnt recommend Markiplier doing the Doll Maker quest, it'd just waste his time finding girls to become dolls. I dont think there is even an ending to it, its just an endless loop of Clint finding young woman to become a sex doll. Mark should only do it when he completes the game so when he fails, he wouldnt get as mad.

Mark is in *NEAR perfect* condition with his early game strats...(except elevator sensor + save 250DOS for end) Now maybe he would finally be able to listen to the reminders in chat if there weren't so many lock jokes. I swear he's going to make it to 7 keys and somehow die from not locking the door.
Mark, I'm loving this series, sorry for your pain :) A: Lucas uses the elevator. You need a motion alert on both ends of the hallway. B: you didn't actually buy the audio alert, it said error when you clicked it C: you should also check the fire escape for the green spots for the VPN, I've seen other streamers find them there.
sxmxuxxxlx I watched it myself. He was streaming it. But I'm a humble guy.. I can admit when I might be wrong. I checked the wiki. "If the player hacks into the front desk computer in the lobby, they can find an interesting resident dossier: a "Lucas Holmes", age 29, noted that "I hear strange noises coming from the apartment at odd hours. I have received no complaints yet so it seems there is nothing to be concerned about at the moment but...the noises... I have never heard anything like it before.""
I imagine a few seconds of silence and blinking, registering what he was doing before shooting him and being like " honey you will have no idea what happened at work today"
MARK! I READ SOMETHING! The doll maker tells you how to beat his game; its not unfair. READ ON IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW TO STOP THE DOLLMAKER! When the dollmaker leaves the marker on your door, go inside and buy the Lolpy disk. go ahead and pick it up from your desk, then go to the lobby and put the disk in the computer under the desk. Then, you can look, and eventually find Lucas' room in the guests list. yeah, explains alot, right? anyway, take the marker and put it on lucas' doorknob. then wait for the audio cue of banging and high pitched screams of distress. If the power goes out, you're dead. if it doesnt; then congratulations! lucas has killed the dollmaker! ~Derek, The Wiki reader
Mark the motion detector flashes red when it’s alerting you and the sound only works if you have the in-game computer sound on. The alert only flashes quickly like 3 times so you have to look at it constantly. In the last part you we killed by Lucas and my brother and I were both freaking out because we saw the alerts go off and the sound wasn’t on because you had turned the in-game computer sound off. We saw the flashes, so the alert works you just have to pay attention to it.
This is my first time seeing or hearing anything about it, and I'm in 2021. I can't believe I hadn't heard anything about this, I've been a fan of Mark since the beginning!! I'm loving it so far though
I love when I have the volume all the way up so that I can hear Lucas while Mark is in the bathtub, and then out of nowhere ERICA IS NOT FAMOUS (the McDonald's ad) comes up and scares the shit out of me
I would love for the police to bust into my house to stop me from looking at a gif of a baby doll being flipped horizontally with the word "baby" repeating endlessly
"POLICE" they scream, as they bust open the door. You, with headphones so loud, repeating "Baby, baby, baby" that they can hear it. "Well, he's just a weirdo, nothing illegal, wrap it up boys," the leader says, as you miss everything that just happened.
i wish they would make a version that allows you to go back 15 mins even if caught, just to enjoy the game more, starting 100% over should be reserved for hardcore modes.
Markiplier commented on this in an earlier stream, he said "This game takes skill, you can't bash(?) through it like most games, you can't win by restarting again and again". Something along those lines, so why should this game have a feature which destroys its difficulty curve? It's perfect. Also, 'enjoying the game', this game isn't focused on brainless methods nor for its scenery, the highlight is gameplay and its difficulty, you can't have one without the other. Here's my explanation, stress is the core emotion you'll carry throughout the entire gameplay, as you must be aware of every little detail from fear of missing them and getting punished as a result. Take stress away and your stuck with a boring computer simulator. Stress isn't necessarily bad, too much is, but this game utilises it greatly. (ik this is a deceased comment but I want to share my thoughts)
@@scrittle I think you might’ve misinterpreted the comment and Mark’s words. Mark consistently states that the game is far too punishing for the amount of RNG there is. With so much of the game being random chance, a feature should be added to lessen the punishment to make it equal. It wouldn’t destroy the game because if the game has 2 modes (casual - being allowed to play but having to restart from checkpoints, and hard mode - playing the game like this) so those who WANT to play with 0 safety net then they can but casual gamers can still enjoy the game and I guarantee that players will still feel that anxiety and stress that the game provides even with the safety net because 1) the sound design of the game is incredible so that you will always be on edge and 2) because no one wants to be attacked by the enemies so they will still try to prevent it as much as possible. Having to go back 15 or 30 minutes in game would mean that many (and more importantly more new) people who want to play the game to completion without having to tediously redo every single little thing to have a fighting chance would actually be able to see the ending. Mark is a perfect example of someone who had a lot of the knowledge it takes to play this game (both the physical actions that needed to be taken to complete the game as well as the mental skill of balancing/prioritising what to do to stop the enemies and finding the keys) and he STILL was unable to complete the game. The addition of a hardcore mode element was added to their newest game Scrutinized so it’s not like they didn’t listen to the critiques of the players but they could add that as an update to this game to make it playable again. I hope you understand that I’m not trying to devalue your opinion but saying this to give the rationale behind why many others find that the difficulty of the game actually lessens the fun of playing the game thus making it an all round frustrating [waste of] time. tl;dr: adding a more casual gameplay and changing this mode to hard mode would significantly improve the game.
@@nimadoru Ok, there's RNG but it's only who shows up & at what times (with limitations, I assume). If you want to say Breather is BS because of how many tries he has on the door, fair enough, but the rest is 100% counterable just by paying attention or, with the right upgrades, you can literally just focus on the PC. I'm not saying the game's easy, but anybody arguing for a "casual" mode just doesn't know the tells, which are apparently at least somewhat well documented, enough. I agree that usually more accessibility is better but in this case I don't really see a need for it especially since, as Mark pointed out, he saw someone beat this with only the software & also chat stated at one point somebody beat this game in 20 minutes. Not saying everyone can do that, but if it's possible it indicates quite a high level of balance
"the motion detectors did nothing for me" Mark... Chat and Comments have been telling you OVER and OVER 2 motion detectors ... 1 at each end of the hallway... They detect motion when someone walks in front of it, not the entire area it's it, and Lucas comes from BOTH SIDES so you need a Detector on BOTH SIDES and far enough away that you have time to react to the alert.
DragonofDarkness13 PROVE...IT. Prove it. You know, when he does get around to trying this and (as is most likely to occur) it completely fails (because this is a video game and Lucas doesn't actually walk anywhere...he probably just spawns and all the motion detectors likely do is give some *chance* of a warning based on their location), I really want to see what the comments will say than.
dude ... firstly take a chill pill Secondly , I've watched other youtubers that played through that put them as I described and it was set off and a minute-ish later you can hear him pick the lock. PLUS like every guide you can find says that's how ya do it .... Thirdly if it does happen to be true that the motion detectors just have a chance to alert wouldn't having 2 in the same hallway be better than having one to increase odds ?
Dragon has a point, you know? I've also heard that the motion detector has a 25% chance to fail. In that case, it's better to get two (or maybe four, two at each end) to make sure that it detects something. And, in Mark's defense, the chat has been trolling him a lot in the previous parts that I can understand why he's very skeptical about the tips given in the chat. And yes, you need a whole bottle of chill pills as I keep seeing you say the same thing over and over in other threads.
Mark: Gets annoyed at all the lock jokes after a while and wants the chat to be helpful. Also Mark: Ignores the advice of the chat trying to be helpful.
Him getting “annoyed” is not really him being annoyed literally & how can you expect him to see the helpful chats when he was very focused on the game & the helpful tips kept on being buried by the said useless lock jokes? I’ve actually watched ALL of his WTTG2 livestreams & lemme tell you that the chat was really chaotic & not to mention it wasn’t on slow mode too.
It took him 6 episodes to realize to put his cam on the bottom left, that goes to show just how little he ever checks the comments or chat. He straight up ignores his fans.
@@menthols4625 He was trying to play a game that takes something called oh I don't know, I think its something called "concentration". That means he couldn't exactly look at the chat that much.
This would be an interesting multiplayer where 4 players in same building on multiple floors have to piece together all 8 codes where each player can get 2 each and if a player gets killed by the noir, lucas, dollmaker, breather, or arrested the other players will have to finish their work on the dead players computer
One, Two, Lucas coming for you Three, Four, better lock the door Five, Six, hearing the lock picks Seven, Eight, into the shower late Nine, Ten, NEVER PLAY AGAIN!!
I think the reason nobody else appears to live in this apartment building is because it's so terrible. Power goes out all the time for no reason, and the elevator doesn't work for residents but it works for murderers. lol.

@@ThatGothMomma , actually, and the vagueness is what hurts the game, but he is partly right, they can instakill you at PC with at least one entirely common in-room spawn, SPECIFICALLY if you don't have 2 lights on. What irritates me is that as much as I love Mark it just dumbfounds him the possibility that Lucas might come from the elevator. Yeah, the elevator doesn't work for YOU for gameplay purposes. But the killers can use it because its meant to cause tension for YOU.
That's not the main reason he doesn't think it would work. The main reason he doesn't think it works is cause he's convinced himself that the game is made so that the whole room triggers the motion detector when someone enters it, instead of functioning like a proper motion detector, part because 1. The motion detector notification on the computer simply lists the room name, and 2. He thinks it operates like FNAF's motion detectors where Lucas appears at the door when his event triggers, and thus the motion detector in that room goes off....... I mean that is probably how it works for Lucas' event, but he doesn't realize that the motion detectors are programed for realism, and are set to go off at a certain time depending on a randomized 'approach' Lucas makes towards the room. If it's an 'elevator' approch, the areas on the wall between the stairwell and the apartment door won't trigger. I imagined it's programed so that the 'motion detection' area corresponds to the areas that the VPN's can be placed, How there is a section of the wall that's yellow, a section that's red and so forth. I imagine it's made so that it goes down the list and triggers motion detectors on those sections until it reaches the door, and Lucas event starts.
That’s still bullshit. Oh hey here’s this thing that doesn’t seem to work, so you don’t pay attention to it, oops somebody used it and now you have to start the game over because you thought something not working for you would also not work for somebody else.
but thats so illogical. if i think "hey, the elevator is broken" im not going to 100% accept that another character could use it. if the game is going for realism, thats not realistic
The Noir are like Jehovah's Witnesses: When they visit your home, turn away, mind your own business. They'll think you're not home and visit the next house.
He's looking at every wrong guide as well, it would seem. No hints on motion sensors, nothing about how networks affect backdoor hack money, etc. Turned the lights off though, even though it's established that it barely helps at all.
Cypher121 The lights actually help very much. The only way Noir can instakill you is with all of the lights off, and it makes it so you don't have to run around in a panicked frenzy to escape Lucas
it's already confirmed by the dev that lucas doesn't really give a shit about the lights (it makes him stay in the room for maybe an extra minute), so all turning them off does is attract more noir.
this game is so intense,if you play it,i doubt if you can finish it too that easy. i've played it,i got 2 motion sensor, near the lift and another one near the hallway door, 3 vpn before 11,cracking and all,i constant change the wifi dongle placement, change wifi, hear footstep, hear breathing, hear people chatting outside, then blackout,go out to turn on the light, then going back turn on wifi again, instant blackout, police come, have to repeat from the start again. you know how frustrated that is? to go down the alley again to collect the vpn and motion sensor.

or, put it in the lobby behind the desk so you have more time to react? I mean, whether you take the stairs or the elevator, there's a single hallway between the door and the split towards both stairs and hallway that everyone has to go through. Putting a motion sensor there is easy.
BOY! Place another motion sensor near the elevator. This is the advice given to you literally every stream. Don't listen to the lock memes ffs. And never neglect to check for Noir especially during mid-game and late game!
I kissed the like button, but now it calls 20 times a day, and leaves me strange notifications while I am gaming.... I keep saying we can just stay friends, but it just replies with a thumbs down and demonetizes my feelings with its obsessive nature.
To let mark know 1. Lucas also uses the elevator. 2. Put motion sensors at each side of the hall or each side of your door because mition sensors just like in real life have a certain area it detects motion. 3. Breather can spawn in your room. 4. Get the dam police scanner or otherwise you can tell when their coming for you from chatter down the hall and when you hear it do not go any where near the door. 5. Lucas will only become active after you've found 2 codes even if you dont see it Thank you for the videos mark
OK You are wrong the breather does NOT Come into his room the police Scanner is worthless you can avoid them in the First place its easier and he need the Key Finder Lucas comes active after the first two codes or even the 2nd wiki is found
Mark, just humor us, put a motion alert somewhere else, try the other side of the hall. It hasn't helped you any thus far, so what's the harm in trying a new tactic with it.
“So, what’s it like to have anxiety?” “Well, you ever play welcome to the game, while watching a let’s play of welcome to the game, in the pitch black, while listening to scary story narrations, AND while fully believing there is someone standing right behind you to murder your face? Now amplify that by 20 and imagine feeling like that just about constantly and that’s pretty much it.”

I've watched this happen to you like 5 times man lol i just gotta say something now.. what someone told you about motion detectors on both ends of the hallway is true. The elevator doesn't work for you, but it works for Lucas. He probably lives in 504 and is pissed because nobody brought beer lol. But it's true. Motion detectors have to cover both ends of the hallway or else Lucas will always take the route with no sensor. Im still halfway through this, and I'm unsure if you beat the game or not. But i got about 45 minutes left to watch so I'll see :p It's not even you Mark, it's literally that half your information is bad. On part 4, whoever told you those wifi times were likely lying to you intentionally to fuck your day up. But this time around, you clearly have better info. Just not about the motion sensor :p
GG agreed scp will always be the best, and to address your other comment the livestream was VERY recent and it's still rendering so you'll be able to see the first 51 minutes in a few hours
Personally my favorite "horror" game would have to be Amnesia The Dark Descent, but thats probably because of how I see atmosphere as being a better type of horror than jumpscares + mechanic spam. I think the point of the story is that most people in that apartment are people in a specific location to hack a specific server to get into the red room sort of thing. So literally all around you these trials are going on for everyone else, too.

A: Lucas uses the elevator. You need a motion alert on both ends of the hallway.
B: you didn't actually buy the audio alert, it said error when you clicked it
C: you should also check the fire escape for the green spots for the VPN, I've seen other streamers find them there.
It is also possible for Lucas to live on the same floor as you. Happened to my friend... Immediately across from him.
I don't think Lucas lives in the building, much less the 8th floor. Either he's lying or he's mistaking. XD
It's legitimately on the lobby computer when you're looking for a girl with the Lolpy disc. You can find Lucas's room.

No it's not. From experience beating the game and doll maker quest, it's not.

Oh shit this is actually really smart
Oh my god I thought you just had to mark the doors the doll maker told you to this is so smart
Lexi Sherman, yes, that is what he tells you to do, but you don't have to play his game by his rules.
That is awesomely planned I love it
But the game is still a little gunner with the doll maker
Has anyone else realized that you are basically playing peek-a-boo with the noir?
Yep
Mark the motion detector flashes red when it’s alerting you and the sound only works if you have the in-game computer sound on. The alert only flashes quickly like 3 times so you have to look at it constantly.
In the last part you we killed by Lucas and my brother and I were both freaking out because we saw the alerts go off and the sound wasn’t on because you had turned the in-game computer sound off. We saw the flashes, so the alert works you just have to pay attention to it.
He didn't even own the sound alert in the previous stream bc he didn't have enough money.
The computer sound was on. You can tell by looking at the sound icon in the top-right corner.
I consistently return to this series, as it is one of the most enjoyable to re-watch and use as background noise

i wish they would make a version that allows you to go back 15 mins even if caught, just to enjoy the game more, starting 100% over should be reserved for hardcore modes.
Yah for practice like geometry dash
@@nimadoru More accessibility is always better.

Chat and Comments have been telling you OVER and OVER
2 motion detectors ...
Prove it.
You know, when he does get around to trying this and (as is most likely to occur) it completely fails (because this is a video game and Lucas doesn't actually walk anywhere...he probably just spawns and all the motion detectors likely do is give some *chance* of a warning based on their location), I really want to see what the comments will say than.
dude ... firstly take a chill pill
Secondly , I've watched other youtubers that played through that put them as I described and it was set off and a minute-ish later you can hear him pick the lock.
Chat goes too fast tbh and it’s too pointless sometimes, so Mark mostly ignores it.

Christopher Valdez, actually the motion sensors *did* work for Mark (final attempt of part 4), but he didn't notice the alerts.
but thats so illogical. if i think "hey, the elevator is broken" im not going to 100% accept that another character could use it. if the game is going for realism, thats not realistic
@@tomatowoman I mean why take the elevator when on any floor a killer could wait for you and kill you?
The Noir are like Jehovah's Witnesses: When they visit your home, turn away, mind your own business. They'll think you're not home and visit the next house.
Error Occured _Good job on comparing the Noir to Jehovah's witnesses_
K1T KAT good job for being ignorant and calling Jehovahs Witnesses Jews

K1T KAT look who’s talking mate your calling him out
Damn, you right you right
"You don't even need any money..."
Except for 250 coins for the Noir gate.
"You just need software!"
...And 250 coins for the Noir gate.
How's he supposed to know that at this point?
I mean he's looking at guides for other things, why not for necessary DOS as well
He's looking at every wrong guide as well, it would seem.
I was up late and I was falling asleep on auto play with my headphones in and all I heard was: 𝓫𝓪𝓮𝓫𝓮 𝓫𝓪𝓮𝓫𝓮 𝓫𝓪𝓮𝓫𝓲 𝓫𝓪𝓮𝓫𝓲𝓮 𝓫𝓪𝓮𝓫𝓮𝔂 𝓫æ𝓫𝓮
Mark you're stubborn, Lucas can get to you from BOTH sides of the hallway, motion sensor in the stairway gives you practically nothing.
He also should check pages better. He still skims them too quickly.
I was 69th like on this comment
That's not the meaning of stubborn lol
Mark is okay at the game, but if you ever tried it, it would be stressful as hell.
this game is so intense,if you play it,i doubt if you can finish it too that easy. i've played it,i got 2 motion sensor, near the lift and another one near the hallway door, 3 vpn before 11,cracking and all,i constant change the wifi dongle placement, change wifi, hear footstep, hear breathing, hear people chatting outside, then blackout,go out to turn on the light, then going back turn on wifi again, instant blackout, police come, have to repeat from the start again. you know how frustrated that is? to go down the alley again to collect the vpn and motion sensor.
I'd like to inform you all that abuse of the like button will no longer be tolerated or condoned and will result in court-ordered amputations. The same goes for other heinous crimes like armed robbery, voting incorrectly, and not returning your books to the library in time. So remember folks, *gently* give this video a thumbs up, or your thumbs will come _off_ !
City Council Cyber Operations good one.

I'll *smash* it as much as I please

me and the like button are in a very committed relationship now. Thank you Mark for helping me find true love. Edit: it’s now 2020, me and the like button are engaged!!!
Edit: it’s 2021 😄 we are married but I suspect he is not being faithful tbh.

Welcome back to, Mark plays welcome to the game 2
Oh sorry I meant, welcome back to Mark plays Vanish the sequel
Michelle Hughes wait he needs a certain amount of dos coin for the tunnel? That’s bullshit
Correction: Mark DOESNT play Vanish the sequel
So in short Mark never completes the game fully
I mean your not wrong
Michelle Hughes He actually needs the lolpy disc on the Dollmaker quest
"WHaT is baby time?"
BABY BABY BABY BABY
Then he started to dance to it

reminds me of that one prop hunt ep

I think this game is driving Mark insane.
he already was
It's the new vanish
Abso-god damn-lutely
Nick Clark IT'S BRINGING DARKIPLIER OUT
Nick Clark he was insane when he was playing gettingover it. I think thats what the game is called
I would love for welcome to the game to be like one of those escape room type of experiences. Imagine having to do this in real life scares the shit out of me
Tiffany Honaker SOMEONE MAKE THIS A THING!

Holy shit. I think you're onto something.
Am I the only one that thinks the drone sounds like a swarm of a thousand bees? Then the picture of a thousand bees carrying my delivery package comes into my mind and suddenly the idea of just getting your packages delivered the standard way seems so disappointing.
ljooste I for one see nothing with ten thousand loose bees working for UPS 😂😂😂 "please leave the package in the alley-I'm highly allergic"
Use the bees against the breather
...you know why they’re called drones, right?
bee dilivery.
I wouldnt be surprised if the dev used a swarm of bees soundfile to make the drone sound effects
I love how the chat dies as mark dies. Literally 0 activity for 10 seconds
they got scared so hard they just turned silent
I am just waiting for someone to make a remix of that "baby baby baby" thing.
Lock the damn baby already.
Nightshade but Justin Bieber already did that lmao XD JK Justin Bieber is garbage
@@Darkshade_01 Ha ha ha. That comment is fucking gold. Lol
Nightshade I know right
I will haha
You know why you got no motion alert? BECAUSE IT DIDNT SEE HIM. BECAUSE HE TOOK THE ELEVATOR.
PUT
A
MOTION
SENSOR
ON
EACH
END
OF
THE
HALLWAY
Why Do I exist right
or, put it in the lobby behind the desk so you have more time to react?
I mean, whether you take the stairs or the elevator, there's a single hallway between the door and the split towards both stairs and hallway that everyone has to go through. Putting a motion sensor there is easy.
Yes!
i think he believes people are trolling him when they say he can come from the elevator. he's convinced that it's broken because he can't use it
I heard that method from Jay from the Kubz Scouts.
BOY! Place another motion sensor near the elevator. This is the advice given to you literally every stream. Don't listen to the lock memes ffs. And never neglect to check for Noir especially during mid-game and late game!
LOCK THE ADVICE... sorry i had to hehe
“This is fine” the man said
The Narrator: It was not fine
”Its time to end this” said the man
The narrator: It was not the time to end it
I kissed the like button, but now it calls 20 times a day, and leaves me strange notifications while I am gaming.... I keep saying we can just stay friends, but it just replies with a thumbs down and demonetizes my feelings with its obsessive nature.
Report it for harassment
That's an unhealthy relationship, you should end it.
I have a solution:
*_B L O C K_*
Maybe the like button should see a therapist
@@FranciumBoron More like lock. LOCK THE SOLUTION IN YOUR MIND..?
To let mark know
5. Lucas will only become active after you've found 2 codes even if you dont see it
Thank you for the videos mark
The_Businessman
The Breather is exclusive to the alley.
Andrea Rukavina thank you i was miss informed
OK You are wrong the breather does NOT Come into his room the police Scanner is worthless you can avoid them in the First place its easier and he need the Key Finder Lucas comes active after the first two codes or even the 2nd wiki is found
The_Businessman You're thinking of Welcome To The Game 1, where the Breather attacks you in your room :P
The_Businessman
No problem. With so much information flying through the chat and comments, it's hard to sort out the false from the true.
Mark, just humor us, put a motion alert somewhere else, try the other side of the hall. It hasn't helped you any thus far, so what's the harm in trying a new tactic with it.
Trevor Driggers it has worked he just didn’t see the motion sensor go off
“So, what’s it like to have anxiety?”
“Well, you ever play welcome to the game, while watching a let’s play of welcome to the game, in the pitch black, while listening to scary story narrations, AND while fully believing there is someone standing right behind you to murder your face? Now amplify that by 20 and imagine feeling like that just about constantly and that’s pretty much it.”
Don’t forget that it happens over the simplest things like going to work or school! Or just going to sleep! Anxiety is soooooooo much fun *sarcasm sarcasm*
Don’t forget that you also are doing your 10 pages of homework because you procrastinate 🥲
I have anxiety qwq its evil!!!
i don’t need any of that to fully believe someone behind me is dead set on murdering me
Bet Mark going nuts is the breather origin story.
I’m glad that mark doesn’t give up.
Until he finds an ending that literally isn’t worth all these hours of pain.
Yeah, the ending was bullshit.
But he did sadly
-future
AFriendlyBloke if you’re playing a game to see the ending rather than enjoying the gameplay you’re playing games wrong anyways
@@carnifex423 Not really, while you can 100% say the journey is the experience, the ending is everything, perfect example is Mass Effect 3. Game was good, ending was so damn shit that they had to remake it for how awful it was, it woulda got thrown into hell if they didn't.
@@kevinphelps4185 plus, the ending is SUPPOSED to make the pain and struggle in the game worth it at the end of the day
For all of the threats Clint is dealing with as a hacker, you'd think he'd get a quieter desk chair... Eep! 😨😨😨😨
Tori Brown omg so THAT is the bottle/rattling sound??? GOSH it's creepy 😂
Anastacia Pnsk isn't it just?
Tori Brown well I always thought it was a bug or that I was crazy hearing it! Lol, but tbh that is most probably the chair or the fridge making noises
He’s a journalist/reporter, but you right
And some quiet shoes
mark: yeah im fine, nobody's after me
me: *well according to the time stamps i found in the description-*
We're not kidding when we say that you *ABSOLUTELY MUST* have a motion sensor on both sides of the hallway, Mark! I know most of the comments are lock jokes, but some of us have useful information that you dismiss too quickly!
sebYB67 i wish ppl that comment on the live stream woukd stfu so us helpful ppl coukd help him. It pisses me off they are just commenting useless bullshit
LOCK THE "insert word"
Jessica Cantrell exactlyyyy
Jessica Cantrell the chat is just stupid with the lock jokes and not very helpful.
sebYB67 lol guys. its just a game. calm down. its not like your saving a real girl
He just starts slowly loosing his sanity
The cardio going down and up those stairs.. jeez.
Barbara Monnone, as long as babyface is playing it will motivate you to get up them easier.
baby baby baby baby baby baby baby baby...
Ajd Gaming maybe she just made a joke about it because it came to her head. It’s low hanging fruit.
Holy shit. When the Noir got him it gave me a heart attack. I jumped and screamed like I was about to be murdered, I was NOT expecting that. Poor Mark. He was doing so good too, I felt his pain.
Same I died
I've watched this happen to you like 5 times man lol i just gotta say something now.. what someone told you about motion detectors on both ends of the hallway is true. The elevator doesn't work for you, but it works for Lucas. He probably lives in 504 and is pissed because nobody brought beer lol.
But it's true. Motion detectors have to cover both ends of the hallway or else Lucas will always take the route with no sensor. Im still halfway through this, and I'm unsure if you beat the game or not. But i got about 45 minutes left to watch so I'll see :p
It's not even you Mark, it's literally that half your information is bad. On part 4, whoever told you those wifi times were likely lying to you intentionally to fuck your day up. But this time around, you clearly have better info. Just not about the motion sensor :p
Tr4gic Enterprises I truely hope Mark sees this.. he really needs to actually take such advice!
he sshould also put a motion detector on the balcony and under the window
Yassmine Omari if anything the balcony because he can quickly see the window
Tr4gic Enterprises Everyone just like this comment so it goes to the top..
I have a suspicion that the motion sensors are for the Noir at the window and door way.
There are some of these times Mark hears something I'm sitting here like, "Tf you think you heard?!?!"
The scariest thing about that game was the "Unable to connect" window *shivers *
no no no the scariest thing is that i didnt turn the like button on at all
Not even a dinosaur minigame
Aussie Internet, ahh flashbacks!
ha
LOLey true XD
The fact that Mark loses his sanity per minute it’s so funny and sad at the same time.
When Marks hiding/doing really well and you think he’s gonna make it, but then look at the time stamp and realize that the videos almost over
😔
Jesus christ 1 hour and 45 minutes of buildup for the biggest jumpscare of me life, shit myself
Glad to see Mark is still playing this. This is probably my second favorite horror game (#1 being SCP Containment Breach).
GG agreed scp will always be the best, and to address your other comment the livestream was VERY recent and it's still rendering so you'll be able to see the first 51 minutes in a few hours
omg samee!
Personally my favorite "horror" game would have to be Amnesia The Dark Descent, but thats probably because of how I see atmosphere as being a better type of horror than jumpscares + mechanic spam. That's not to say this game is *bad*, infact, I'd put it amongst my top 3 "survival horrors" so to speak (along with alien isolation and SCP conrtainment breach.
Ahh you missed out then. It was free on humblebundle a while back. Its really a good game to play yourself to be honest. Feels way more scary. Makes you want to go "noooope" constantly.
GG i agree
22:58 'What is baby time?' - i immediately started vibing and had the biggest smile on my face when mark started dancing. It made my day :)
Mark, your not crazy! The breathing, stomping, and humming you hear are from The noir. They do.this is when you turn your lights out.
did we witness Mark's mind breaking?
Thanks for supporting Markipliers channel (:
no, that was just dark popping out for a second there. he hasnt been out for a while and that was really his kinda scene so he, noir, lucus, and the breather all sat together with a cup of virgins blood and enjoyed the darkness while it lasted

i love how mark thought the chat was spamming f to tell him to turn on his flashlight, when they were spamming f to pay their respects
