The amount of romance (and probably children and lots of O face) that seeps from this song is just overwhelming. This is among your best. That guitar, that light percussion, the way the piano complements it all....it's enough to feel a little heat in your core. Not to mention that Sax. OH lawd. That sax just wraps it all up into a sensual symphony that no other can imitate.
For some reason I imagine this being played on a Cruise ship, in the main hall, where they serve the food and have a dance floor....A Aquarium on the ceiling above you or two the sides of the room with all manners of Blue lights. Very powerful song and my favorite remix other than the "Frets on Fire" variant. Good on ya Lads!
Hands down top ten from OCRemix, probably top 3, but don't' make me choose favorites. From composition to sound selection to interpretation, ultimate chef's kiss. Absolute vibe. P.S. The tribute riffs at the end? Talk about a cherry on top!
I always wondered why there are those 2 random echoed notes at the very beginning of the track. It almost makes it seem like they're the end of another track that somehow got mixed into this.

But when I checked the folder I keep all the OCR content in, it wasn't there! Well, it is now. :) Best I can tell, just have gotten lost in a transition with computers somewhere down the line.
It's the best version of this song. So smooth and relaxing! A miscelaneous of Smooth Jazz and Brazilian Bossa Nova. It's a great song to relax in a sunny day beneath a cocconut tree. I had the chance of listening it at the beach and my mind fall deep inside in state of grace! Thank you!
I like bossa nova in about 2:20 then transitons to some smooth jazz guitar solo damn this song is so soothing and calming! definetely downloading this D:

Have you cheked out the 'Halo - A walk in the Woods' one? It's really good, man. It's not on the OC channel anymore I guess but someone else reposted it, look it dude.
I feel like this song would have sounded a lot better if it used violins/cellos instead. This jazz vibe kind of turns me off to it. But I will admit, the whale sounds in the beginning were a nice touch.

As others have mentioned, there's a few musical jokes/references in there: Kraid's theme, Frog's theme, and the Ocarina of Time opening theme.
