60 Minute Restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga - (Refresh & Restore Series - Part 15)

- This is a 60 Minute Restorative Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice. Part 15 of the Refresh and Restore Series of classes. This practice combines a slow, gentle vinyasa practice for your shoulders and spine followed by a floor sequence of passive stretches for your legs and hips, each shape held for 1 minute each. Practice a mindful attention to your breath throughout class and enjoy a longer shavasana. A deeply restorative class that flows gently and offers both movement, stillness and quiet.
For practice, you will need a belt or strap and a folded blanket for comfort.

I am so grateful for always finding what I need in your extensive, creative and expertly crafted library of yoga practices. This one helped me to reconnect with my body and breath after I seemed to have abandoned both while healing from an injury and a lingering chest infection. It's puzzling to notice that we tend to let go of healing rituals and nourishing practices when we need them the most. Thank was an incredible flow. The shakes in my right leg were intense. I was joined by three junior yogis for the end of class. Shavasana was a family stack which was beautiful. Thank you for the gift of your time energy and effort.

It’s a great variation huh? I was just hoping I didn’t confuse everyone 😊 I think 50 percent of my public class got it and there was the other 50 with the straps like espadrilles 😂 ❤️🙏
