Taking breaks reminds me of the story of the old and young lumberjack. The two ended up in competition to see who could fell the most trees. The younger jack noticed that the elder was taking frequent breaks. In the end, the younger one was shocked to discover that his elder won. When asked about the breaks, the old lumberjack stated: "When I was taking a break, I was sharpening my axe."
