But, I have a few questions.
Once the refrigerant is filled up in the system why it needs constant filtration to remove dirt. The circuit it sealed, closed system. Then from where the *kachraa* enters the circulation ?
Same thing with the moisture.
Once moisture is removed by dryer why the refrigerant needs continuous demoisturization ?

It is mainly used for moisture,moisture come from humid climate and it is used for protection if sometimes leak in high pressure line then dust or moisture can enter through it.

1 ton = 1.5 hp is wrong. (A purely layman's or laywoman's approach.)
1 ton = 4.714 hp is right (but the person has used Imperial system of units.)
My explanation:
Metric (or SI) System: One ton of refrigeration is equivalent to 12 000 BTU/hr or 3.516852842 kW.
Since 1 kW = 1.359621617 hp (M), therefore, 1 ton = 12 000 BTU/hr = 3.516852842 kW x [ 1.359621617 hp (M)/(kW) ] = 4.7816 hp. [Not Donkey Power hahahaha!].
Imperial (or British) System: If you consider 1 kW = 1.341 hp (I), the 1 ton = 12 000 BTU/hr = 3.516852842 kW = 4.716 hp (I). hp (M) in metric system and hp (I) in Imperial system of units.
Note: The word tonne (for short ton) is a carryover from the days when ice was used as a means of refrigeration.
Why 12 000 BTU/hr = 3.516852842 kW?? See the following step-wise explanation:
(1) 1 hp = 550 ft-lbf/sec (as a referent) 33 000 ft-lbf/min = 19.8 x 10^5 ft-lbf/hr. { ^ means raise-to-the-power. }
(2) Dived the outcome of Step (1) above by the Joule's Mechanical Equivalent of Heat, i.e., 778 ft-lbf/BTU.
1 hp = (19.8 x 10^5 ft-lbf/hr) / (778 ft-lbf/BTU) = 2545 BTU/hr OR
1 BTU/hr = 0.000392927 hp or
1 ton = 12 000 BTU/hr = 4.715 hp
(Remember that 4.715 hp has been obtained from Imperial System because here we employ ft-lbf, BTU, etc.)
I trust that it's now clear to you without any doubt.
