AC room main gym ya yoga ke bare main muze jada pata nahi hai sir. lekin hospital main germ,Bacteria ko filter karne ke liye, Hotels main cigeerate ke smoke ko filter karne ka kam AC ka filter karta hai. AC hawa main oxygen add nahi karta, gym ya kisi bhi room main oxygen ke liye ek fresh air damper rakha jata hai jis ke dwara fresh air li jatai hai ussi se hawa main oxygen add hota hai
