Hummer H1 Alpha Brush guard install on Humvee

H1 Alpha Brush guard installation on a 2001 M1123 Humvee (Hmmwv). Previously had installed 1/2" steel plate in the "winch plate" position, which I needed to modify to make room for the brush guard. I still don't know what parts are used which cause the winch plate to sit forward and even with the front of the guard, but I may work on making that happen later on. Hole centers for the mounting bracket are 66mm. The bracket can be flipped/switched sides to create a different height offset.

That's not an Alpha brush guard. It looks similar, however, the Alpha brush guards lack the top center handle bar and are about 2" taller in height (to accommodate the Alpha's 2" body lift). Either way, looks great. In my opinion, the OEM Heavy Duty Civilian H1 brush guards are the best looking ones out there.
