Quick question hope anybody knows the answer: i know parfait as a frozen mixture of cream and eggs just like ice cream but without stirring and the cream gets whipped so that the air make it less hard when frozen simmilar to the no stirr ice cream recipes that ar all over the Internet So its quite different to the recipe here and there are many of this kind After like 30min searching Google for an answer i did not found an explanation for the difference or where the name of this(the recipe in this Video) came from. Im pretty confused here and would realy apreciate if someone has the answer to this

You want low tang Greek yogurt & you’re going to want to jam those berries in a simple syrup before you put them in the parfait
