I am Vietnamese. I am learning English. I listened to President Biden's speech through a Vietnamese interpreter and announcer. And here I would like to repeat my thoughts that I have commented there : I really appreciate the interpreter and the announcer's voice, which made the speech of the US president even more interesting. I don't know if all the things he said since he entered the parliament in 1972 were true and accurate or not because at that time I was very young and didn't care about people like him, moreover, his image at that time wasn't much to care about, but when it came to the Ukraine war, I saw that he perceived and said wrong things or he intentionally said wrong things in this forum and covered up the actions of the Us that he represented, so that this war would last as long and be as devastating as it is happening without any end in sight.
