Such an amazing personal account from a really incredible group of professionals who clearly performed admirably in a very hostile situation, thanks so much for sharing. I’m an anaesthetist and I can really see how far medicine has to still come from a perspective of learning and growing after a critical incident. At least someone’s doing it right!
Thank you to all the personnel who are so highly trained who bring in millions of aircraft safely each and every day. We forget about the tower....not because we think they are not important but because they don't bring attention upon themselves. They are the quiet specialists...who never brag. Thank you so much....
Thanks so much for sharing this - was gutted when I wasn't able to make the livestream. I've listened to the clip of the accident on TH-cam many times, always amazed by the professionalism.
Superb gents thank you very much. I’m an Aero Eng by degree and it gives me so much faith to hear you all speak about this incident; the level and impact of training you receive and the calm and professional way you handle incidents. The other thing is the way safety is just ingrained in you all and the ability and open cultur to speak about and take action from your lessons. Well done and thank you.
I can feel the intensity just watching. I am currently doing my FISO validation at EGBO and have seen a test turn out there, having to deal with things so can relate to this. Thanks for sharing.
Incredible view from ATCs side of the fence. Guys you were incredible. So level headed and calm. Trust the lifts not working on that day. Maybe Sods law at play there.
I'd like to know what headset supervisor Adam is using in this chat. I'd assume an ATCO would be pretty exacting on this, and I'm dissatisfied with my Logitech H390!
This is lovely to watch. I'm a pilot based at Gatwick and it's a privilege to know we are so looked after by such professionals in an emergency
Only just found this in November 24. A truly interesting interview - thank you.
Many thanks for this. Nice to meet the gent behind the voice we’ve all heard on the recording.
Excellent folks, thank you

I enjoyed this interview. They have a great sense of humor. Had a chuckle here and there. Thanks.

Excellent chat, Ady, Adam & Greg. Thank you for sharing your experiences of the event. Some very good learning points to take away.
Thanks for sharing and, more importantly, thank you for your invaluable professionalism.

Excellent insights of day today at Heathrow Airport and how you all cope in the control tower. Thank you 🙌
Thanks for sharing this it was very interesting 👍
Genuinely interesting watching, was great to hear more of the communications after the crash (other than what previously leaked).
