Our basement gyms have a lot of similarities! I liked seeing the Xpload machines, pso-rite, and humidity gauge. My. head goes into the ceiling gap when I do pull ups too!

5:04 no gym is complete withouta hyper extension. i always finnish with this move on almost every workout. this helps my RDL movement

i think u should look into the panata side raise standing machine that can also be used for chest. one of the best i'v used.

Sweet space! Any idea of total investment for the equipment alone? My guess is $50k but it’s probably all a write off for you guys fortunately. I also have a 1200 square foot home gym all the way. Trying to figure out which selectorized machines make the most sense for me and where to buy them used to save money. My large pieces include a 5-100 urethane dumbbell set, Rep FT-5000, Force USA Leg Press/Hack Squat Combo, and GetRXD 6 Post Titan Power Rack. Plan on probably getting the Titan Fitness Lat Pulldown/Low Row, Titan Fitness Plate Loaded Leg Extension and Curl, Rogue GHD, Echo Bike, Deadlift Platform, and maybe Monster Lite Bench Press Rack as well.
The places I found the best deals are market place and eBay. The investment on equipment alone was around half of that. I was able to find really good deals on a lot of the stuff. I heard the titan row/pulldown combo is great. If you send me a dm on IG of what you’re looking for I may be able to help out a bit.

Nice Gym and good use of the space and some great equipment from reputable brands. Also, I like how it is very colour coordinated with the equipment. What are your thoughts on more cardio options? In my case, I decided to have an air bike and rowing machine, and battle ropes and may add a treadmill down the line as I like to rotate through different cardio options depending on feeling or what my training regime is for the given day.

No, a lot of off eBay or market place. The leg press was very easy because it comes apart. The hardest piece was actually the chest press. That frame was one solid piece.

I would check Facebook marketplace or frequent google searches. A good key word to search is Jungle Gym Cable Station.

It’s 3/8” speckled white rubber flooring tiles. All the tiles are 2x2 and go in like a puzzle.
