I have purchased the SPNW - cannot believe anyone has a negative comment. Ten minutes before the game using this tool shaved 5 putts from my previous round. NOT ONCE did the ball leave the line during warm ups and I did breaking as well as straight putts. It straightened my line so well my playing partners noticed immediately.
Adam I would like to say that I enjoy watching your videos on all facets of golf. This one was the first putting video I saw and made a lot of sense to me. I went back to your archives to see all the putting videos you have made and did everything you said. From putter length, eye over the balll, etc. Now this SPNMW aide tops it and I have bough two of them in Oct 2023 for my son and myself. I have been using it both indoor and outdoor to practice my set up and roll and have been rolling in some long putts. Thank You for your assistance while purchasing the SPNMW and for your awesome content.

How’s the ruler working out for you because I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and cant get the ball to stay on the ruler each time I put the putter down and ruler doesnt stay in place so after a couple putts I have to realign it
@@swisstrader I love the Porzak ruler. If you can’t keep it on the ruler it is an alignment problem and you need to figure out what is wrong with your stroke. It will test your patience for sure but it s a very helpful tool to get your starting line right. I also have a metal yardstick which is a real tester. At first I could not get the ball to stay on at all. Now I can get 7 out of 10. Stay with it and you will be rewarded!
Now using your putting method. Making more birdies. PLUS using your body parts for my sand wedge distance and it is spot on! No more guessing. You are an awesome instructor!
I am AMAZED Adam's knowledge of the game. The young players are beyond fortunate to have a coach with Adam's skills. He is a fabulous coach! I would send my kids to Adam in a heartbeat (now I just have to figure out how to get them to like golf!)

I watch Cam Smith use a mirror for shoulder and eye alignment but honestly I’d feel a bit stupid pulling a mirror out as a casual golfer - that aid is much more subtle and easily packed. Cool.

Agree with the ball position advice, not with the eye direct over the ball , it doesn’t work for everyone only for this one who see the line well having the eye over the ball for the rest of player they need to find them own eye position by checking if they see the line well .. my believe is that each player must adjust the eye in the position where they see the line of the putt he wants to play “over the ball” “inside ball” or “out side the ball “ is very individual.. is not one for everyone..
Adam, I lose the basics of this set up (eye above the ball, hands in line with shouldets) if I do some practice swings and then move to the putt. Would it be better to do practice swings and then do the set up for putt. Thanks to advise.
no need to bounce from channel to channel anymore hoping to find good golf instruction. The proof is in the the pudding here, follow closely and you get the same golf instruction as D1 players. I dont believe any other golf channel gives us access to these type of lessons. It’s only a matter of time until this channel is massive
A couple of questions: 1. in setting up your putt does it make any difference if you are right or left eye dominant? 2. Some years ago, I did the Sam Putting Lab. Lasers are used to basically show everything from stance, ball position, putter position, stroke etc. Initially I putted to hole 10 times. As I recall, it was about an 8 foot putt. I made most of the puts but it was indoors and the width of the putting carpet was narrow. What the laser showed was that at set up, my putter was open by 2 degrees. It looked straight to me though. However my stroke was outside in, compensating for the putter face being open. Again, this was news to me. My instructor said that everyone’s eyes are a little different and can play tricks on you. Even knowing this my miss is generally right. Does your training aid help with the problems I outlined? Any other suggestion? I’m was a lousy putter than and I’m still a lousy putter. Out of 18 holes I 3 putt 3-4 greens. I’m a 16 handicap even with that.
Yes, without question! The angles don’t lie. When you set up a certain way, the path of your stroke and face angle will be a certain way. Either optimal or not…either putting yourself in a place where you will have to manipulate something or not! people who have certain eye dominance benefit from looking at the hole a certain way, either tilting their head on a swivel, or picking up their head and looking down the line with their right eye.

Honestly, the isometrics he uses as proofs like holding up the putter, comparing his hands are all caca. The “ruler” is literally 80 years old. I used my grandpas when I started golfing.
Virtually none of this has anything to do with hitting the putt straight every time. And the over spin theory is a myth. The height of the putter off the ground at impact in a good stroke effects blade angle. Many pro's "lift' and thus hook the ball into the hole. If they aim right edge they then double their margin for error just like Nicklaus did with his driver but in reverse. Most of all you have to figure out how to control rotation going back and through. Tiger's right hand only drill is great for that. It teaches you to release (swing) under and not around. Also practicing with a long putter helps too. The upper left hand locks out twist. Touring pros and top coaches recommend that too. These things shown here are just snake oil and never work consistently. Also SBST is the kiss of death. A natural stroke is an arc because of the requirement in golf that the shaft is on a tilted plane. SBST is 100 percent luck. Some days you are lucky and some days you are not.

I thought the putter’s loft was designed to facilitate hitting up. But Adam’s setup description takes the loft off?
