If you do this again, make sure you paint the exposed metal edge of your cutout with rustoleum or something similar to avoid rust.

Thanks brother! We cut the end of the extension cord then install a new one!
@@RaldasDetails wow I didn’t expect you to say that option. I took my reel apart to see if it could be pushed in from the other end but at first glance looks a little too difficult. And I noticed once I started disassembling this plastic reel was not a good idea since the screws go into the plastic threading and strip and compromise the secureness.
It it would be awesome if you could possibly do a video on this sometime. Too bad I am in California and so far. I would love to hire you for your expertise on my build. Anyway I can check out your prices for generator slide out and quick release bottle holders?

Tony, my water tank is 50 Gal, but with the float valve and the elevated exit piping, I’ll get around 35-40 Gal. Do you have any idea on how I can maximize the capacity?
