We visited the week after 4th of July. No permits needed and the lines were not an issue when we went at 3:00 pm but it was HOT!! Our hotel recommended that we wait until after 3pm because it was 133 degrees so we took the Kolab route first. Also, we were so happy we passed by the little town of Virgin Utah on the way to the Kolab Reservoir and had a great lunch. It's 30 degrees cooler up there! There is a beautiful hidden scenic lookout at Lava Point.

I just went to Zion in early November and we followed much of your itinerary. WE LOVED IT! Thanks for always showing alternative places and stuff off the beaten path. Your travels have inspired many of ours and next, we cannot wait to plan our trip to Vancouver island. Appreciating you from Southern California !

Mind blown!!!! 🤯🤯🤯 WOWZERS!!! They are back on a Monday already and folks they have delivered yet again! Zion National Park looks totally AWESOME!!!! Thank you so much for sharing...you have officially ended my Monday on a high note! May your socks ever be warm and dry. 🤩🤗🤯😍😁
Wow the morning sun on the rocks was gorgeous! So cool to explore less popular areas of any park... staying away form crowds is always a priority for us too. The sunset hike on watchman trail looked amazing!
Also, the sunrise in the summer is even earlier, so you’ll have even more of an advantage. For us, it was like 7 AM, so it’s not as early and more crowded.
Thank you so much for sharing this! I'll be visiting for the first time in a couple of weeks and I was so nervous figuring out all the logistics about getting into Zion. So grateful for this video to help calm my anxieties! :)
So fantastic!!!! I will be there for a one-day drive thru in June. Planning a return trip in September for 3 days. I am getting sooooo much great info from you guys. Thank you very much.
I just started watching your channel. I truly enjoy it. You guys definitely make me miss traveling. Zion is my favorite National Park! Keep up the good work.
@@AdventuresofAplusK Yes, it is special. I will actually be moving from Orlando to Las Vegas in June, so Zion will be closer to me and that means I get to visit more often than before. You guys stay safe and looking forward to your next vlog.
I have watched sunrise at Grand Canyon multiple times and got goosebumps every time. This sunrise looks good as well. For how much I fell in love with the state of Utah, Zion Cameron is next on my list 😜
That's correct! Zion like Lion! We were shocked when we learned we had been saying it wrong. But this is just the beginning of Utah pronunciation explanations in our videos lol! Turns out they say things differently here than we would...oops!
As a National Park Ranger I would love to post this to the official NPS Employees group page on Facebook. Trust me when I say that we love the idea of getting away from the shuttle areas! Exploring the Park like our forefathers before us. Plenty of Zion Rangers lurk in the group.
Hi Ranger Derek! We'd love if you shared it! We of course do not want to overpopulate the less popular areas, but we do know that Zion is experiencing crazy crowds and shuttle headaches, so we are hopeful this video can help others open their mind to other areas!
Thanks for sharing you all video and adventure. We were there couple of months ago and did not go thru the Overlook cause it was over crowded, but definitely won't missed it next time.
We got the tunnel to ourselves in 2018. They gave us a baton to hand to the ranger on the opposite side meaning we were the last car through. There was an RV waiting to go through and he need the entire tunnel. I'm glad he was driving it and not me lol.
First, I've never been to ZION and I was just sitting here in awe of the entire video. I mean, wow! Gorgeous. Second, I've REALLY appreciated your videography. I'm just a rookie, so it's really cool to watch the different B-Roll shots you are taking - I love your work. You really got the right shots on the sandstone and mountain edges...they just popped in your footage. Great job as always! Thankful
Awesome! We hope you have a great trip! If you need more help planning, check out our website where we have more Zion content as well as all the other 4 National Parks in Utah adventuresofaplusk.com/category/utah/ Thanks and thanks for watching!
@@AdventuresofAplusK do you know how much is open mid June at glacier? Couldn’t remember what time of year you guys went because I know some things are closed off in may and early June
We went early August and things had opened up a little later in 2020 due to snow (The Highline Trail had just opened a few days before). The Going-to-the-Sun Road may be open by then and you'll be able to do most of the things we did, but the Highline Trail may not be (the Loop is usually more accessible earlier in the summer). You do need a permit to drive the Going-to-the-Sun road this year, so make sure to plan ahead for that! We also hear the East side will be open, so you'll have more areas you can explore than we did!
@@AdventuresofAplusK thank you! Did not know we needed a permit for the going to the sun road. We are staying on the east side so it’s perfect that it will hopefully be open.
Loved this video! Thanks for showing some of the less populated areas to give folks an idea of places to check out if they are wanted to avoid crowds and/or can’t get a shuttle ticket. We’re anxiously awaiting the next Zi-yun vlogs 😉
@@AdventuresofAplusK I can’t choose between Angels Landing (which I had to mentally decide that I could do it) and the Narrows (hiking in the water in a beautiful, amazing slot canyon)!
We've been to Zion twice. The first time was in the late afternoon nearly 30 years ago. We were literally the only people there other than the rangers! Amazing! The second time was in high summer maybe 15 years ago. Never again due to the crowds. We have not been to the Kolob (spelling?) area. That looks gorgeous, and if we ever have to be there in the summer again, we will head there. Thanks you for showing us how nice that part of the park is!!!
Oh wow, what a contrast of visits! The park is definitely very busy, but we loved exploring some of the other areas and were able to find a bit of solitude! There is so much more to do than just the 5 or so popular hikes!
Absolutely. Your filming is spectacular but its those essential logistics you provide as you chat that can make or break a trip. For example, I had zero idea shuttle tickets must be purchased months in advance and sell out with “Taylor Swift” speed. Duh me. Already missed my window, so greatly appreciate your alternate hiking routes in Zion. Will consider your videos a “must see” for future trip planning.
This means a ton to us! Our main goal is to help others travel and while logistics aren't always exciting to talk about, they really can make or break a trip! We're sorry to hear you missed the shuttle tickets (you can try again 5 PM the night before!), but there is still SO much to see and do nearby (we have two more videos we posted after this one with more ideas too!). We hope you have a great time!
That sunrise was so bright and so beautiful how it lit up the gorgeous rock! After watching you hike back down in the sunlight, I noticed how some of that hike might be a little scary to do with only headlamps and phone flashlights! 😬 Another great video with so much beauty!
The sunrise was incredible! Nothing like seeing the canyon light up 😍😍 The hike is definitely not the easiest in the dark, but thankfully it’s quick and they have a lot of hand rails!
Thanks for this video. We will be there in a couple of weeks. We are both 70 and don't hike the long trails and we have our dog. I hope to walk on the Par us trail and take our dog. We won't be going on the tram either.
We plan to go in September. We’re going to follow all the tips to get tickets, but this eases my stress of the possibility of not winning the “shuttle lottery”. Good to see we can still have some nice views if we don’t get ‘em! Thx!
We’re so glad this could ease some stress! There is still so much to see and do without the shuttle! We have two more videos from Zion, one is a great Angels Landing replacement (higher up view and less sketchy) and the other is a fun Narrows replacement called Kanarra Falls that is outside of the park.
National Geographic Quality. Hiked the Virgin River about 30+ years ago. Headed to the Black Hills in June; bumped into A+K TH-cam videos researching the Black Hills where we will be in late June. Love following your adventures.
Wow we are at Zion too heading to Bryce then Arches. We did the Observation Point it was awesome. Love your videos! I can see how much work you put into them!
I just started watching you both over the last week to help plan my trip for Glacier this upcoming summer. Little did I know that yall have family in Houston (I'm from Houston) and Austin! Love watching yall, the content is amazing! Keep up the great work!
Woo, go Texas! And thank you so much for watching! You will LOVE Glacier! Not sure if you have heard, but the Going to the Sun Road now has a permit system, so make sure to plan ahead! I am not sure if it'll be as competitive as the Zion shuttle, but definitely don't want to miss that drive!
I am really afraid of heights, and overlook trail freaked me out in a couple of places. I know they rate it as easy, but if you're afraid of heights, it's not. But the view was beautiful and I'm extremely happy I did it.
Yay! So happy it can help a bit! Bryce video won’t be out until next week, but hopefully the guide on our site can help (we just updated it after our most recent trip)!
Thank you so much for this video and your time stamps! My BFF and I only have one day in Zion (like Lion but Zion ☺️) and we were thinking about just skipping The Narrows and Angels landing all together because we are going in June and that’s their most traveled month we’ve heard. Thanks for all of these ideas to do outside of the normal stuff!
Love it! We just went to Zion in March, can’t wait to see what else you guys got up to while you were there. One of the best national parks for sure. 🤙🏼
Great video guys! I'm really enjoying your Utah series. It is such an amazing State! I hope you go to Canyonlands and Arches. I've never been to Zion, and what I was hearing about the crowds was turning me off, but your video has me wanting to go. I was under the impression you HAD to do the Shuttle to enter the park, but now I see you can drive your own vehicle and that's great. Thanks for clearing that up.
Glad we could clarify! It's only a small portion you need the shuttle for and unless you are dying to do Angels Landing or the Narrows (highly recommend the Narrows), you don't have to drive it! The crowds are bad mid-day, but early and late they are totally manageable!
Hahaha yeah we learned that one early on, but thankfully never had to say it on camera. How do you pronounce Escalante and Parowan? We know we say Escalante the "wrong" way (but choose to say it our way anyways 😉), but we still aren't sure if we got Parowan right. Struggled to find anything on Google!
@@AdventuresofAplusK ha...I don't know if I can spell them phonetically, but I'll give it a shot. In Parowan, the wan is said like the spanish juan, Pair-o-juan, however some say the o as an a, pair-a-jaun Escalante is its' own beast with pronouncing. There are two acceptable forms depending on how long you've lived there and if you are talking about the monument or town. Most tend to say es-ka-lan-ee (silent t) a little more often for the town and we say 'The es-ka-lant' for the monument. However, es-ka-lant is used interchangeable for the town. So either one is acceptable, just depends on who you are speaking with.
Ah dang it, probably got Parowan wrong. Heard a local say it “pair-o-win” so we went with that. We do have a disclaimer though to save ourselves from locals hating on us 😅 we are used to pronouncing words in Spanish being from Texas, so we say Escalante the Spanish way, which we know is the tourist way, but the other ways just did not feel natural to us haha. We also had a disclaimer for that haha
We were there when they just started the shuttle service back up last summer ... and were lucky enough to see how they were doing it and got tickets. I don't know if they've increased capacity on them since then, but other than first thing in the morning, there was hardly anyone on them. We saw a lot of people biking and walking the entire road 🥵. Curious if you listen to anything while you drive/travel. We love the Gypsy Guide App for all sorts of fun facts along the way (through and between National Parks). It's like having a local quirky uncle pointing out sights and giving you tips 😅
We didn't get a good glimpse of the shuttles, but we did see a bunch of people get off of one in the afternoon and the AllTrails trail reviews are loaded with people just trying to get tickets, it's nuts! Props to anyone who walks that road! eBikes would be really fun on it though. We have listened to that app on the Road to Hana, but never on the mainland. We will have to check it out! We like listening to podcasts (we listened to a lot of "Beach Too Sandy, Water Too Wet" last weekend) and music mostly!
@@AdventuresofAplusK That’s funny, The Road to Hana is the first place we used it and have been ever since. Beach too Sandy, Water too Wet - what a brilliant concept for a podcast ... 1 Star Reviews 😅
It’s hilarious! Especially to us, as we receive the equivalent of a 1 star review on TH-cam sometimes 😂 It can be explicit and they don’t stray away from some topics, but we really enjoy it!
If you are near Arches you should check out Goblin Valley State Park. Crazy wild landscape you can climb in over down up and around. Hidden gem in Utah!
I’ll keep my comment short for once. This is a great idea for a series on Zion. The park is so much more than just Angel’s Landing and The Narrows. Both are incredible spots but the whole park is jaw droopingly beautiful. Awesome job showcasing these other spots. Never knew it was pronounced Zi -in and not Zi-on. I think i am still going to stick with Zi-on.
We really enjoy showing places that aren’t as popular, both in the NPs and outside of them. Lately we have found the crowds at popular spots just really makes the experience less fun for us. So it’s fun to share other options! Who knew?!
Thank you so much for the info, my family is going to visit the Zion National Park in June , but there’s no way that I can get a shuttle tickets, so have no clue where/ what route is car allowed, came across your video I’ve learned some things.👍
We are so happy to hear that! We have 2 more Zion area videos, Bryce Canyon, Parowan/Brian Head, and Escalante all filmed to share soon! Where all do you plan to visit?
@@AdventuresofAplusK planning on hitting up Sand Hollow, Zion (West Rim Trail), Bryce Canyon, maybe Capitol Reef, then some slot canyons, Escalante and things in-between!
If you’re not claustrophobic and want a super fun adventure, check out peekaboo and spooky slot canyons! Just shared some stories on Instagram from it and it was amazing!
Awesome video. thanks for the tips. When you went for the Sunrise, what time did you go and were the gates open to show your pass? we are heading there in a couple of weeks and are looking at Sunrise hikes and Sunset and planning on not having the shuttle pass. Thanks
Hi! I want to say we got there about an hour before sunrise. That gave us 30 mins to hike and then we waited a bit. The gates are open overnight so you can go in no problem (without showing your pass)!
New to your channel, just subscribed. Great videos. Watched some of your older videos. Would love it if you would mention which hikes are dog friendly. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! We have been trying to share if hikes are dog friendly in more recent videos, especially since our dog doesn't always join us even if it is. But we always link to the trails in the description and it'll have that info there too! 99% of national park trails are not dog friendly, so it's safe to assume any national park trails are not unless we say otherwise.
Another fantastic video! I don’t think there is a bad view at all there from what I’ve seen in yours and other videos. When it’s not spring break or a holiday time, is it easier to get shuttle tickets and maneuver the trails? Also, what is the orange and black item hanging from the front of your backpack?
There is definitely not a bad view in the park! Our friends went this past late September or early October and still had issues with the shuttle unfortunately. They did a lot after work on weekdays and said things weren't too busy though! Despite us trying to be smart and do Zion on weekdays, Spring Break made the park busy everyday of the week. Definitely going in the late fall, winter, or early spring would probably be the best for crowds and possibly no shuttle required (not 100% sure the date the shuttle ends). That is a Garmin InReach Mini! amzn.to/2NuiMBW It is a satellite device that lets us text loved ones (if needed) without service, have people track our location, and also get help via a SOS button if we are in need of help.
@@AdventuresofAplusK that’s a neat item to have. I did an almost two mile cliff side trail by myself in WV and I was the only person on the trail. Probably not the smartest but my husband and kids didn’t want to hike it so I went alone. There was no cell service either. That would have been a great tool to have. But, you can’t beat being the only one on a trail with just the sound of the breeze blowing ☺️
It has given us great peace of mind on the trails! And my mom loves that we have it hahaha! Being alone on a trail is the BEST! We have been the first ones on many trails lately and we love the peace and quiet!
If your looking for a great place to eat, the Thunderbird Restaurant has some great food and they are known for their pies(it’s still my favorite restaurant 4 years later). It’s super secluded and a beautiful drive there.
You guys are cool! Lol love your out takes at the end. Heading to Zion around Memorial Day. Can’t wait to visit the park for the first time! Thank you guys for the great pointers! Any of those hikes okay to take on with toddlers?
Have an amazing time! The Kolob Terrace would be the easiest of the three, as it’s very wide (no drop offs) I tilt the end. The Canyon Overlook is short and not hard, but lots of ledges and drop offs, so depending on your comfort level, that may work. The Watchman is a bit longer and harder. The Pa’rus trail is also a flat, paved walkway from the visitor center that has great views and is very kid friendly!
my husband and I are visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon in mid March - we are loving your videos! This is not a park or video question, but - what brand of backpack is Kathryn using? I love how it attaches to the front strap! Thanks!
Adam and Kathryn, I think I've turned into an A and K groupie lately. Anyway, loved this video. We'll be in Zion the week before Memorial Day (no way we'd go in there during the holiday, no WAY, I wouldn't even go into GALVESTON on Memorial Day, which is just 50 miles down the road from us, much less the fourth most-visited NP in the country), and it's fun to watch you blazing a trail for us, so to speak. That parking lot at the Overlook Trail is said to be pretty small so sunrise was probably a good choice, hmn? Okay, hoping for Kolob Canyon (West Entrance) next time around, but as the Stones sang, "You Can't Always Get What You Want", so I'll take whatever you post!
Hahahaha we had tried soooo hard to avoid holidays while in Utah and I took off a ton of time from work to do weekday stuff, but things are just very busy here (for good reason!). Thankfully we have found tons of solitude despite it by starting early and going to lesser visited areas. The parking lot is small, but there is a second parking lot up the road which we actually parked at (better for our big van) and when we drove through the area the next day around noon, people were parked _everywhere_ (insane!). We have two more Zion videos and you may get your wish 😉 Although, we ran into a closure there that altered our plans some, but we LOVED Kolob Canyons!
Hey! You have your camera clipped to the strap of your pack - what do you use for that!? Just bought our first legit camera and taking it on our tour out West, love the idea of having it handy and not hanging around the neck! Thanks!
You're the first TH-camrs I've found that pronounce Zion correctly haha 😂 As a Utahn born and raised I appreciate you trying! 💕And yes we do pronounce it Zi-in, Hurricane is Hurri-kin, Kanab is Kuh-naab, and Panguitch is Payng-guitch, etc. 😂😂
Hi! We do not, mostly because that depends a lot on the weather. We went in March, so December will likely be a bit colder. Layers will be your friend for sure! We hope you have a great time!
Great video! Thank you for sharing! I've been to zion twice (years ago) and we're planning a trip there this summer (first time for my husband and kids) Your video will be so helpful! I was wondering what day of the week you were there? During the sunrise hike particularly. I know it's much more popular than it was when I last visited and we're hoping to visit on a weekday, but I'm wondering if it makes much of a difference! Also, I have a clip for my DSLR like you have on your pack strap, but I am curious what the device is that you're wearing on the other strap? The orange one? Purely curiosity. 😆
We are so glad this helped! A lot has changed since our last visit, but the views are just as epic! This was filmed on a Monday! We hoped weekdays would beat the crowds, but spring break didn’t make a huge difference unfortunately. And that’s a Garmin InReach Mini! It’s a satellite device so we can text loved ones if needed without cell service, get help with a SOS button, etc. amzn.to/2NuiMBW it’s a great device that we hope to never use, but are happy we have!

We hope you’re able to check it out next time!
We got the tunnel to ourselves in 2018. They gave us a baton to hand to the ranger on the opposite side meaning we were the last car through. There was an RV waiting to go through and he need the entire tunnel. I'm glad he was driving it and not me lol.
Ah nice! We would be scared to go in there with a huge RV! Definitely have to ride in the middle haha
We were just at Zion, Moab, and Bryce, Great trip, Thanks for sharing
It’s an amazing part of the US! We could never get bored here!
We enjoy just watching your journeys. Thank You
Thanks for watching Kim!
Wow, wow, wow!!! Can’t wait for your tomorrow video of Zion, whenever that may be!!😊
We will have another on Thursday! 🙌🏼🎉
@@AdventuresofAplusK I’m doing a virtual happy dance!!! Lol😂
Thankful
Thank you SO much! 😭❤️ We have been trying really hard to improve all aspects of our videos, including the actual filming. So this means a lot!
I love watching you guys! I’m so excited to go explore Zion in May!
Awesome! We hope you have a great trip! If you need more help planning, check out our website where we have more Zion content as well as all the other 4 National Parks in Utah adventuresofaplusk.com/category/utah/
Thanks and thanks for watching!
You guys are the best! Going out to Glacier National park in June, and have been watching your videos over them and many other parks!
Have the BEST time at Glacier! Still our #1 park!
Absolutely! We really enjoyed visiting some of the lesser known spots! 🙌🏼
Really enjoyed the video! We’ve been to Zion several times; I never get tired of it! We will have to do the Northgate Trail the next time we’re there!
We are so glad Debra! What has been your favorite hike at the park?
@@AdventuresofAplusK I can’t choose between Angels Landing (which I had to mentally decide that I could do it) and the Narrows (hiking in the water in a beautiful, amazing slot canyon)!
The Narrows is sooo amazing! One of our all time favorite hiking experiences!
Great hikes!
Beautiful views!!
Thanks for taking us along 😎
Of course! We appreciate you watching!
We visited many of the same sites and loved Springdale! You seem very happy with your life style… I hope you truly are!
We definitely are! Very thankful to be able to do this!
I'm planning a road trip through southern Utah and northern Arizona so these videos are very helpful and a beautiful preview of what awaits me 😊
It's even better in real life...so get ready!!! 😍
Love the info about how to see the park without the shuttle!
Love your videos - so informative and helpful ! And your adorable personalities .
We are so glad you find them informative and helpful! We really want to make them a resource for others hoping to explore these spots! ❤️
👍👍👍
The Pa’rus trail is amazing! Our pup loved it!
@@AdventuresofAplusK I’ll probably never get my wife up angels 😂, but the Narrows we’re really hoping for!!!!! Thx!
National Geographic Quality. Hiked the Virgin River about 30+ years ago. Headed to the Black Hills in June; bumped into A+K TH-cam videos researching the Black Hills where we will be in late June. Love following your adventures.
You're too kind Richard! Have the best time in the Black Hills, we LOVED it there!
I thought A+K had the best guide to the Black Hills I have seen.
Thank you so much, that means a ton to us!
About to make the trip next month. Great video for the info in this hard time. Many thanks.
We are so glad this helped! Have a great trip!
Wow we are at Zion too heading to Bryce then Arches. We did the Observation Point it was awesome. Love your videos! I can see how much work you put into them!
Have an amazing trip! And thank you so much!
Love the views, so picturesque
I just started watching you both over the last week to help plan my trip for Glacier this upcoming summer. Little did I know that yall have family in Houston (I'm from Houston) and Austin! Love watching yall, the content is amazing! Keep up the great work!
Woo, go Texas! And thank you so much for watching! You will LOVE Glacier! Not sure if you have heard, but the Going to the Sun Road now has a permit system, so make sure to plan ahead! I am not sure if it'll be as competitive as the Zion shuttle, but definitely don't want to miss that drive!
awesome. I visited 13 years ago when i lived in San Diego

I am really afraid of heights, and overlook trail freaked me out in a couple of places. I know they rate it as easy, but if you're afraid of heights, it's not. But the view was beautiful and I'm extremely happy I did it.
It definitely has some drop offs!
You two make the best traveling video's on TH-cam ! Very informative!! A++++
Thanks, David! Thanks for watching!
This is perfect! We’re going to Zion, Bryce and Page AZ in 1 week! 😍 Thanks for the video and inspiration!
Yay! So happy it can help a bit! Bryce video won’t be out until next week, but hopefully the guide on our site can help (we just updated it after our most recent trip)!
Beautiful! It looked like you were visiting two different parks!
That is what it felt like! It was really cool to see the diverse views in the park!
We are so glad you found this helpful! Have an amazing time!
I leave in the morning for Zion with my two grandsons. I have been to Zion 4 times, best seen on a bike.
Have a great time! We have yet to explore on bikes
Love it! We just went to Zion in March, can’t wait to see what else you guys got up to while you were there. One of the best national parks for sure. 🤙🏼
We love it there and have a few more hikes to share!
LOL we got corrected on the ZiON-Zi’yn thing too. Took a few days to get it!
It's so hard! Haha! There are some pronunciations here in Utah that we did not expect!
Think of the word as Lion....Zion. And sorry about Hurricun. 😂
In Parowan, the wan is said like the spanish juan, Pair-o-juan, however some say the o as an a, pair-a-jaun
Escalante is its' own beast with pronouncing.
@@AdventuresofAplusK I get the occasional 1 star review of my reviews 😂 Have to love the internet
It’s a fun place to be 😂
I visited all 5 solo in May 2018, I must have just missed you guys
No way! We were there around Memorial Day that time!
@@AdventuresofAplusK i was at Arches on Memorial Day that year. So busy but I got in the park by 7am. Safe travels you 3
Terrific series on Zion!
Thank you!
If you are near Arches you should check out Goblin Valley State Park. Crazy wild landscape you can climb in over down up and around. Hidden gem in Utah!
We are heading there soon and can’t wait!
Who knew?!
Kolob hikes are the best. No crowds..shhhh 😎
We loved both Kolob areas!
What a beautiful part of the country
It’s so gorgeous!
Thank you for this video.
I'm going there on 4th of July weekend.
Have a great time!
You do the best videos! Keep it up!
We really appreciate the kind words!
Thank you so much for the info, my family is going to visit the Zion National Park in June , but there’s no way that I can get a shuttle tickets, so have no clue where/ what route is car allowed, came across your video I’ve learned some things.👍
We are glad this helped! It’s still a lot of fun even without the shuttle!
As I am hitting up SW Utah in a couple of weeks, your videos have been a great resource! Any teaser's for your upcoming videos?
We are so happy to hear that! We have 2 more Zion area videos, Bryce Canyon, Parowan/Brian Head, and Escalante all filmed to share soon! Where all do you plan to visit?
@@AdventuresofAplusK planning on hitting up Sand Hollow, Zion (West Rim Trail), Bryce Canyon, maybe Capitol Reef, then some slot canyons, Escalante and things in-between!

We drove the Kolob Canyon road. It was just beautiful.
We will have a video from there next week! LOVED it!
The gates are open overnight so you can go in no problem (without showing your pass)!
literally a perfect video. had all of the information i needed!
Wow, thank you! That makes us SO happy!
@@AdventuresofAplusK Okay Thanks
That's beautiful !
Such a gorgeous park!
Breathtaking.
😍😍😍
So stunning! Those hikes looked amazing. I bet you guys were exhausted afterwards though! 😂
Sooo tired! This was day 4 of 6 days filming nonstop, so we were extra exhausted 😅😅
If your looking for a great place to eat, the Thunderbird Restaurant has some great food and they are known for their pies(it’s still my favorite restaurant 4 years later). It’s super secluded and a beautiful drive there.
Ooo thanks for the tip! We will have to check it out next time we are near Zion!
Thanks!
Hi! That’s actually a clip we added to the backpack. You can find all of our gear on our website 😃 adventuresofaplusk.com/gear/
Thanks!
Hi Katlin! It’s a Peak Design camera clip, we love it so much! amzn.to/3nJLMUo

Hahah thanks Tony! Two videos a week is about as much as we can humanly crank out! 💪🏼
We try really hard to get pronunciations right when we travel! Utah has some unique ones! 😂
I do you have a link or video what to wear? Im visiting the week of December 6th. Excited!
Great video! What is the parking for the canyon overlook trail?
There is a small lot across from the trail or another small lot down the road (where we parked). It gets PACKED mid day!
I see some of the scenes you have in your videos and I see wallpaper for phones:)))
