    Your content is really one of the best on youtube ( both fitness and Vlog). Although u are a busy man but it would be great if u can bring out a series of exercise per muscle group,variations as per level and do and dont in that.
    Would be a long series but if u can take out one part per week or something.

      i had to log in just to talk about NO LEG DAY for the guy in blue shorts. lol
      and people who barely gone to gym for atleast couple of years and they be asking about lower chest and middle chest exercises, bicep peak, upper traps, etc lol
      beginners please please please dont worry about small body parts just do your regular bench press, upper bench press, and dips, flies of you really feel like it. thats all you need for the perfect chest. spend couple of years doing these four exercises.
      all i did for my first 2 years i lifted was
      1.bench press upper and regular
      2.dips
      3. leg press and squats and lunges
      4. back barbell rows
      monday and wednesday upper body
      tuesday and thurday lower body
      friday saturday sunday off to recover
      5 sets each 15-20 reps
      please guys especially young guys start off with your compound lifts
      i been lifting close to 10 years now and when i went college in UCLA i sometimes lifted with players from the football team and also learned alot from them. so please take my advice seriously and dont worry about small body parts if you are a beginner and focus on compound lifts. work on strength muscle will come very easily after.

    I was a beginner ,just 14 days hue tha muje workout karte..mere personal trainer na muje..yhi exercise karwayi..first bali..incline bench chest fly..aur mai injured ho gya hu....i am suffering frim cervical disc bulge problem...mna karne ka babjood usne muje frocefully exercise karwayi..mai uspar ab coat case bhi karunga aur F.I.R bhi lgaunga..

    This exercise done in the wrong form especially if you are over 30 can lead to shoulder injury. As it sometimes stretches shoulder too far back.

Agr chest machine per uper niche karke ya dumbbell fly se clavicle head ko build kara ja sakta toh science incline dumbbell press or incline bench press workout karne ki kya jarurt hoti. Sir kya dumbbell fly workout karne se clavicle head ko hypertrophy kia ja sakta hai?????????
