    I can't remembered when was the first time I followed one of your routines... Maybe more than a decade ago... What I can remember for sure, is how you made me feel, and it was beautiful! You prove that a yoga session can be strong, with mindful movement, fun, balanced dynamic, spiritual, gentle, simple, friendly and at the same time so well organized like a beautiful choreography. As a yoga teacher I am in a continuously process of learning and I am getting lessons from as many teachers as I can... But you're still my favorite online ❤️ Thank you for the inspiration Yogea

    I have been having increasingly sore lower back stiffness, even trying to get up after sitting for a long time. And after doing yard work and flower bed gardening today, this was the perfect remedy to my increasingly sore aching lower back. So soothing. Thanks!

    This was fun! I did terribly, could barely follow along, but it was so great and your quiet, happy presence really calmed me down. It will get easier with repetition! Beautiful practice, thank you!

    It would be nice if you put this video together with the other two ones for back pain and makes it a back pain series, I use all of them and they are really good for relaxing and stretching the muscles of the lower back. I truly love your videos they bring that sense of innovation although keeping you centered and focused in the moment. Thank you

    The best back pain relief yoga video among all. I did try many and by far yogea is best. Thank you. Soothes my back pain again today.
