I'm a bit more inclined towards a running assaination, but stop moving during the takedown. If you didn't know, stopping during the running assassination will make connor/edward/shay etc slowly lay the person down and take the blade out with a flourish, it's really more what i expect as assassin-y and personal

This mission shows an impressive Shay's durability feat, not even poison could make him stop. Talking about durability feats, Shay even passed out in arctic water and didn't drown
It's kinda a dura feat but it's also mostly endurance and Stamina considering he can endure poison and poison negates durability and also chase someone while poisoned without stopping he even can endure her poison gas

@jonothanbryant9116 the assassin killer outfit gives you a gas mask on 24/7 but lorewise she stole his gas mask and he doesn't have one really to protect him from the poison gas

It's unfortunate Mirage didn't even come close to beating this (imo.) The high tension music, the obstacles(getting attacked in the middle of the chase and the necessity of motion, otherwise game over) and the entire thought process of your anticipated route. So many details that immerse you into the mission, stealing every ounce of concentration available to you. I really miss the old Assassins creed games.
Mirage still was a step in the right direction compared to Assassin's Creed Valhalla or Odyssey. I can understand where you're coming from. But, let's appreciate what we have, so they may be encouraged to continue on providing what we are cherishing.

I did that a lot of my repeat play throughs and still do it on 3 and the Ezio trilogy to those Templar messages who run lol. I remember playing 3 and going back to the old Ezio games I had shot a civilian by accident for being in the way and forgetting it aims at people too not just enemies ☠️🤣.
There is a rampant glitch in this mission where she will just continue running on land instead of parkouring and because of that you literally can't catch up to her. If that hlitch happens then i would argue this is the hardest mission in the game
I funking chased her throughout the city because of that glitch 😂, there's a work around though, just get to higher ground eg building, house etc & when close , perform an air assassination
Had that happen to me too, but managed to cut her off once she reached the port at the south, and had no other choice but to start go back towards the north, by passing through a street that I could get to by simply going left instead of all the way down and then left like she did.
Well I mean, that's just basic geometry. Having to start from point A, go vertically up, then horizontally to above point B before descending back to ground level would obviously be longer than just running there on the ground. The only complicating factor is how many buildings there would be in the way, but in the games set in America the streets are relatively wide and buildings short, unlike the dense and haphazard scattering of structures of varying height you see in Ezio and Altair's games.
This was such a fire chase scene, imagine how scary it was for hope, you just poisoned this man and he’s still running full speed at you trying to take your life
I'm sure you'd have figured out a similar shortcut if you actually were stuck. Most people either killed her with the gunshot or if they had done the templar kills requirements, would kill her with the flying knives.

I completed this game 3 times and I can say that for me it is the best, not only as a representative of the Assassin's Creed series of games, but also as a separate game
As someone who’s playing this for the first time and haven’t gotten this story, this also ruined what will happen in the story but seeing how it’s a tough mission, u showed me how to beat it and not be frustrated so thank you :)
Bro Rogue was such a good game. It was the game I put off the longest and the last one I played in the series. But it left a lasting impression on me. Shay definitely one of best protagonists in the series.
Only the Storm Fortress. The other 3, so long you got your ship 100% upgraded, aren't that hard. One is just a strong Man of War backed up by a fleet, one is two of them trying to sandwich you and with the gimmick that when one dies the other powers up (so all you gotta do is get them both at low health, so that you can kill the other one quickly before the power up gets to you), and another one just uses the the same gimmick of that mission with the exploding suicide gunboats (so as long as you keep watch of your surroundings and keep dispatching them while dealing with the legendary ship, it's no biggie). And even then, there is an exploit to dealing with the Storm Fortress. Just keep getting in front of it, stay in front for as long as possible, and keep dumping fire barrels on its path. If you do it right, its health gets melted pretty quick.
This is not even that hard, the Epic Legendary Ships are way harder than this. And I mean WAYYY harder than this, like the type of mission to make you rage quit a game just by how hard it is
Like I said it's hard if you don't know what you're doing plus I mean it's the hardest mission in the main story I'm not talking about the secondary missions

I honestly really like this style of mission it’s weird it doesn’t show up like ever because it puts so much of your understanding of the climbing to the test which is really fun
I really apreciate ac rogue, altough he being very similar to the Black Flag the new clothes, the theme of killing assassins, the places like Portugal and New York got me so much.

I replayes this chase multiple times, even to the point frustration, and of the few times i actually succeeded i had to follow her to where she was going and fight her one on one... i tried multiple times to do it like this but I ended up giving up and moved on...seeing this, its simply amazing 🙂
The first time I played AC Rouge was in 2016. It blew my mind. Totally different concept from the previous AC predecessors because you become a knights Templar.

For the context: during this mission you are being poisoned and if you stop moving the poison will spread and you will die.

To be fair, the poison only takes effect if he stops. He's only handicapped if he stops

I replayes this chase multiple times, even to the point frustration, and of the few times i actually succeeded i had to follow her to where she was going and fight her one on one... i tried multiple times to do it like this but I ended up giving up and moved on...seeing this, its simply amazing 🙂

The first time I played AC Rouge was in 2016. It blew my mind. Totally different concept from the previous AC predecessors because you become a knights Templar.
