    Consider fabricating a bolt in front bumper brace. You need the structural support for the front end of your car. If it's a bolt in style, you could always remove it for convenience too .

      Liam Karpinski age has nothing to do with it. Most of the time convenience and funding plays a huge roll. There are young fabricators/engine builders out there building some amazing cars. I'm almost certain that's the case here. Takes a ton of resources building cars " the right way."

    I suggets to put ceramic coating to your manifold and heat wrap it and try to put the intercooler upside down or a bit lower if possible so the charge pipes would go under the frame rails

  • @4g63mark
    @4g63mark 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    Have you thought of cutting the intercooler end tank off the turbo inlet side and flipping it? That way you're pushing into the top of the core rather than the bottom. It looks like it would free up space and shorten the piping route

    you could use a ball pin hammer nock a dent in each side of the collector just enough to put the bolt in through the bottom and tighten the nut on top. horse power TV showed it doesn't cause any power loss and all BMW headsets are made that way for the bolts. would make your hard work not as pretty but would function better at least for assembly and disassembly
