The Zinus Green Tea mattress is a 12″ memory foam mattress made of memory foam and support foam with a thin cover.
It has minimal sinkage and very low bounce giving the mattress only a slight level of contour. Pressure relief really struggles on this mattress and is basically the kill switch here. Because of the low-quality materials, this just isn’t a comfortable mattress.
This mattress is available in a single firmness (6 out of 10) with a medium-firm feel.
Its overall performance was 8.85, which puts this mattress in the bottom 2% of all mattresses tested to date (comparing 195 mattresses). The price is also incredibly low, however, it’s not a good value. This is a cheaply priced mattress, but it also feels cheap. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

I'm deciding between the zinus 6 inch for our camping trailer or the Milliard Deluxe folding mattress 6 inch (as we need a 30 or 31 by 75 narrow twin. Out of the two what would you recommend?
Or a different product? Or maybe cutting a queen foam mattress in half?

I wouldn't recommend Zinus in really any situation.
Milliard is a brand I'm unfamiliar with.
Instead, I would recommend the 6" Dreamfoam Essential - naplab.com/go/dreamfoam-essential-mattress
