If you have a very important flight on a first or business class product you’ve been wanting to try, I would suggest taking your position flights a few days before in case something goes wrong. Make it a mini pre trip vacation at the hub before that important flight. Some cruise ship passengers have been doing this for ages.
Recording in first is a flex
🙄
Make that 2, cameraman also in first
Mrs Prince is that "Cameraman" :P
Unfortunately this all falls apart in the following two situations:
1. You're in a place like the EU where trips that could be done in a
You guys showed San Francisco but I live in SF and often fly down to LAX for reward flights
The Prince of Travel is looking like a king nowadays!
I live in a small city that has to fly to either Winnipeg, Toronto or drive to Minneapolis first to get a long haul flight anywhere but this cities si I’m used too this but it’s getting harder to do with only Air Canada and Porter as main airlines and WestJet once a day to Winnipeg or Flair 2 or 3 times a week to Toronto to get anywhere. Driving to Minneapolis is usually the best option if the weather is ok to drive there (no blizzards or major accidents shutting to hwy down)
Winnipegger here. Funny to see the example but sad also.
Hell of true
I flew more than +20 times in business class just by doing that 🤣
3 times cheaper than normal price
Absolutely insane

where did you get that map behind you?
Hi- this is professional travel-farewell,😍
1:55 Victoria by any chance?
This does not give you the same value for your points if you have to do this, after having to pay for the first flight, and then possibly a hotel for the overnight, and then the extra time you're wasting doing this. (My time is valuable to me.) You also have to have the extra time and flexibility to be able to do this. I don't know about you, but having more time at my destination(s) is more of a priority. Flying in Business and/or First is obviously really nice, but it's a bonus, not the main motivation for travelling. Seems like doing takes away from planning the actual trip.
Not worth it considering pay for hotel and food…to get points
It is not clear to me. how is the position flight different than taking a connection flight so that I can spend my points?
Just a new name for no good reason!
A positioning flight is a flight that is booked separately from the main itinerary. This could be booked with cash, the same points program, or a different program from the main itinerary. Should your positioning flight be delayed or cancelled, you are responsible for getting to the departure city of your other itinerary.
See our previous reply.
@@PrinceofTravel A connecting flight is not necessarily part of the main ticket and is sometimes quite seperate for good reason
SILLY , INFORMATION ℹ️, BASICALLY TRAVEL WITHOUT A LUGGAGE 😂, SPEND MORE TIME AND MONEY DRAGGING LUGGAGE ESPECIALLY IF YOU CHECKIN THE BAGS 🥱
Enjoy your flight sitting with the cattle class.
Needs to slow down speech...Why the rush? This is very basic advice which has already been given by many experienced bloggers...
There’s close captions for slow listeners
he’s speaking at a normal speed, your brain is just slow my friend. there’s always closed captions and 0.75x speed available if you have trouble.
@@arehe1 I use the captions but he rattles on and it diminishes the presentation somewhat

*Not everyone speaks English as a first language. 'slow listener' sounds derogatory.*

Seems like common sense, no?
