Are the maps playable for anyone outside USA? usually new maps are unplayable for many with the increased player populations. Lowest graphics are pretty awful.

You have to lower your character model limit regardless of the pc. Even the strongest pcs use medium - low character model limits. Where you are from has nothing to do with it
