Hello, generally speaking, all messages will be replied to within 1 working day, and no later than 2 working days. Of course, sometimes it might be even faster. Has your issue been resolved?
I’m sure there is room to support them with supplied Velcro wraps or somthing, but there is no additional support other than the bag those poles come in. The one In the center is permanently attached. Poles are only for winds above 15-20 mph. Other than that it’s considered a freestanding awning. No need for support poles. 🍻🍻
Would never order from Openroad terrible customer service the worst . I ordered the 270 awning mine came with no parts a hole in the cover looks like they delivered a used one .,Returning and ordering somewhere else

Lesson learned today like a fool I decided to order the 270 kit with brackets since the awning they sent came with nothing. Order came today no brackets go figure 🤦🏼♂️.. unbelievable

Anything to stop rain from pooling?
The swing out frames are angular, keep the material taut with the guy lines and I don’t see any problems with rain runoff. 🍻🍻
