Your JK setup is so much more capable verses when you first purchased it. We love riding along with the exceptional camera mounts. Thank you for sharing your adventures ❤❤
Yeah I think the jk is coming along pretty good for us and our needs, working on the camera angles lol think I’m going to try and make a few more camera mounts so will see how that works out on this next trip. Thanks for watching I appreciate it. 🍻
It’s coming, that’s one thing you can expect 😂 at least here it gets 110+F seems like we can never get away from it. Usually most of my off time is spent in the mountains where is cooler. Safe travels and thanks for watching 🍻
When your were getting Charlie down from the tent, that brought back memories of a time when Jake the boxer dog went camping with me. I took him everywhere with me and like you I had to lift him in and out of my cvt tent. I lost jake bout 8 years ago. Like watching your videos , keep it up
Ahh glad to help bring back the memories in a good light. love taking Charlie wherever I go. She’s my eyes and ears out there. There is ladder I want to get for the other side of the tent that allows her to walk up into the tent by herself. I really want to get one of these ladders it would be a game changer for her and I. Thanks for watching I appreciate it. 🍻
I'm hoping to get out camping this year. Last year we had nothing but downpours here in upstate NY. But the down time allowed me to revamp my gear and storage options. Seeing you use your coffee percolator reminded me of the one my parents used when I was growing up. That was one of my new purchases but haven't used it yet.
Another great vid! We have the same RTT on our JKU. We have a 7 foot awning with an annex if we want to have more enclosed room. With your 270, I noticed it doesn't have any of the extensions that other 270's have that push up the fabric to prevent pooling during rain. Any concerns about that with your 270? We also have the same coffee purcolator, how to you keep the grounds from getting into your coffee cup? LOL, it's a pain.
No concern yet as I haven’t used in the rain, this awning doesn’t have the pop ups to help with pooling of water as the aluminum frames are triangular in design so I assume that would be enough as long as you keep the roof taut using the guy lines. I will need to do some more testing. We love the percolator, we have an extra cup strainer , but as long as you fill the water level to the line and watch the coffee (don’t over boil or fill with grounds) that helps keep the grounds in the basket. Here’s the pour over screen I use thanks for watching. 🍻🍻 amzn.to/4axkK9A

12 volt fan can help with moving the bugs away 😊
Good idea, going to add one to the list. Bug are going to be no joke this year with all the water we got. 🙏🍻
I really like the storage, battery and heater setup.
Definitely helps with keeping things simple and so far we love it. Thanks for watching i appreciate it 🍻
Nice video Dustin, that is an awesome camp spot!

Great camp site.
It’s a gem for sure 🍻

Change to red lights to limit bugs.
Another good idea., bugs are only going to get worse here. Just ordered a 12v fan too 🍻
How far is that place from home bro?
This is about an hour 10 from my house. Not far bro. My back yard 😊
Can you post a link to battery monitor/meter
Yeah sure thanks for watching 🍻amzn.to/3TltxVy
I used aviation connectors to plug in to the charge part. amzn.to/49UN4mT
