  • This is a review video of the LED light project I installed on my Alucab 270 degree awning. This project was completed with a cost of only about $100 for five LED light strips. I hope you find it useful and please consider liking and subscribing to this channel.

NOTE: One year update, these lights are still working great and have been used in rain, wind and snow. So far so good!

I understand you had to cut the light strips. How long was the light strip you did you use per arm?

Each arm had a different length. You cut the strips to whatever length you want but look for the marks on the strip where to cut. It’s pretty obvious. Thanks for watching!

Did you cut the lights? The link says the strips are 15 feet. Thanks again for this info.

Yes you cut them to the length you need! 👍

Did you use one package per arm? 5 sets of lights at 15ft each? Or did you cut the lights and continue the strips along the next arm.

@@MrBetoybrenda Sorry just saw this comment. You can install a dimmer switch they are available on Amazon. I chose not to do that to keep it simple for me, but it would be fairly easy to install I think. Thanks for watching!

    Great run through, Mike!
Been putting a parts list together for this last week, so time to tweak it a little!
