Being an American, I notice that fans here tend to gravitate to the large, big-name English clubs... Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U, and now, Man City. Regrettably, they are exactly the tourists these long time fans dislike. I understand their complaint. After all, new foreign fans to the NFL tend to gravitate to the New England Patriots.... (gag, gag, vomit - insert Darth Vader music here). I elected to support clubs that reflect my personal convictions, and likely won't lift any European trophies in the near future.
u have to admit thou that manchester city r the shadiest club in the world they breaks all the rules and get away with it cause they always win, its like at school how the best football player chooses all the players on his team and is also the referee
This 'mockumentary' is balderdash, gibberish and claptrap. Football didn't start in the 90s, the management running the club now are amazing (we remember Peter Swales) and the fans are like family and are fantastic. We've just won the domestic treble, travelling down to Wembley on 50 coaches paid for by the players and club.
Had a season ticket aged 9 in 04-05 season up until the 11-12 season when I was 16. Was the most obsessed City fan as a kid! It was absolutely amazing to see the transformation, now I'm a bit older and its settled down I'm really split on how I feel about us in our new form! I miss being a gritty underdog and having real love for a real down to earth club... True spirit in that! We're quality now... Split, but ultimately, I miss the old days :'(
@Kev Parkin robinho was decent. He entertained the fans and had a goal involvment 1 in 2 games. We sold him for 17m. And also there was 51m of left backs on the bench v livarpool not 100m. Dont exaggerate. And they are both very good. Rodwell was bought for 10m and sold for 10m so no problems their. Jô might of been signed before the takeover but he was a terreble signing. So was Santa Cruz and Mangala. They were some of the few bad signings. Not half as bad as 50m for Andy Carrol though.
We have a similar but smaller version by being AFC Bournemouth supporters since the 70s....A draw against Bristol City or Swindon was fantastic. Not being beat by more than 2 by Pompey or Reading was good. Last month we beat Man Utd and thrashed sfc at theirs....it still hasn’t sunk in. Don’t have the massive ground issues though 🇨🇳😎😇
Is it a game or an auction? I don't think the envy causes the hate. Look at Ajax and the love they get for playing a good cl Season. Look at the respect Athletic Bilbao, Freiburg or SD Eibar get. Playing some decent football based on good decisions and luck is the highest you can achieve. When these teams win, you know it's not the money.

But I think tourist like us, will develop into hardcore fans and then our future generations will be hardcore fans. So give it time.

Man City are such a plastic club lol
@@cfcfootball222 How are you talking?😂🤦♂️
Might win trophies but will NEVER EVER earn respect!
Never mind. We used to it.
Can we just forget all of this and enjoy the game that city plays now a days? i mean, arent they just beautiful to watch?
i know, the fans of the successful clubs will mock city for the money they spent on the players and the club, but lets just forget all that and enjoy this beautiful game.
Yeah they are some of the most single minded, super motivated mercenaries you'll ever see! Brilliant!
@@andyc1749 and yours aren't?
Being an American, I notice that fans here tend to gravitate to the large, big-name English clubs... Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U, and now, Man City. Regrettably, they are exactly the tourists these long time fans dislike. I understand their complaint. After all, new foreign fans to the NFL tend to gravitate to the New England Patriots.... (gag, gag, vomit - insert Darth Vader music here).
I elected to support clubs that reflect my personal convictions, and likely won't lift any European trophies in the near future.
unpopular opinion: City has more history than Chelsea
Before Abramovich bought Chelsea, City had more titles than Chelsea so it’s facts
u have to admit thou that manchester city r the shadiest club in the world they breaks all the rules and get away with it cause they always win, its like at school how the best football player chooses all the players on his team and is also the referee
Please tell me what rules city have broke
The changing of places while speaking the dialouge is amazing. Beautiful cinematography
Split, but ultimately, I miss the old days :'(
But they will never win an UCL with Pep.

One word: Messi!
And when they do? tHey wiLl nEver WiN a trEblE
Please stop with all the cuts
money spent wisely lol
Im a fan, but I wish I lived in parallel universe where sheikh Mansoor never bought man city
Arya Mohammed fair play, I would feel the same if I was a city fan
@@davidjames7106 what did he say?
When we were in the third tier I was. I understand the hatred. Everyone liked us when we were shite. Don't hate it's only a game.
Now I'm looking forward to the "Rich Newcastle Fans" Video. My friend is a Huge Toons fan and he'll now say that he was there before the Money.
Sad thing is though they almost got worse after the money...

I guess if you're going to do a segment on Man City you might as well open it with a song by Manchester's greatest export! :)
"Aguero goal winning us the league for the first time " says it all.
Iain Hannify he will have meant the first time for a long time. And it was the first time we’d won the prem
First premier league
Iain Hannify yea it was their first premier league? Like how we all say Liverpool never won the premier league?
Pure and lived double moral.
Oh, the world is so cruel, but we watch the world cup finals in Quatar in 2022.
Swell, enjoy!
Nice video great tunes
I bet my life not all local fans sing at a football match. You get more joy when your club had to put in the hard yards to win trophies not when they are back by an unlimited oil well.
I got called a glory supporter for bloodly ages we cant by tickets and I supported city since I was born up the blues
its actually boring how people hate on man city now
i'm man utd, just to bring up the old days for a minute, city used to give utd shit for having half of their fans being travelling supporters, it's come city's way now, fair weather fans appearing, city have a loyal base of about 40.000 the rest are tourists, proper fans are the away fans for any club.
city and liverpool have raised the bar in the premier league and now the rest are playing catch up, it's business nowadays but all these owners need to remember, without the fans the game is nothing.
We have alot of glory hunters noq yes but 49% of our fans are from manchester while only 27% of uniteds fans are from manchester. As it has been for pretty much all of football.
no identity.sad to see a trillionaire family come in and buy two 50m players per position.have lost all interest in the premier league just gets boring watching a team win 21 games in a row 🥱🥱
Cry🤣🤣..when teg italian prime Minister came in and bought ac milan in 1977 and bought ballon dor winners and nominated players in every position it was ok because he was white, wolfsburg breaks the 50+1 rule but tge owner is white, so no one talks about it🤣🤣y'all racist fr
