Do you consider Guardiola as the GOAT of coaches, or is there a coach that can compete with him?

People have argued that if he was at a smaller club he would not be as good on the pitch , however its clear that not all big teams with the best players have managed to win everything with the exception of Real Madrid. He is the goat of total football

Pep literally finds solutions for his players way before they play. What most people don't talk about is how much work pep puts in every game his team plays , he is the best because of his work ethic . opposition analysis and how to break down opponents are his greatest strengths.

He's the best. There's no debate. Even his fellow manager peers like Klopp, Ancelotii, Luis Enrique, Conte, etc have all said Pep is the best. It's only straw clutching fans and spiteful media who try to diminish Josep Guardiola's achievements.

My only issue with him being considered “the best” is that he is yet to achieve anything with a club that is not a juggernaut and has unlimited resources. If he were to take Barcelona over now I doubt his ability to better than Xavi. He has only found success where all of his needs and every request are met and bought and we’ve witnessed what happens when the conditions are not ideal at Bayern Munich. If he were to take a club such as Dortmund or even and AC Milan and win big that could change but in my opinion many managers would be successful if they were given billions to spend, choose exactly which players they want, have more squad depth than entire leagues combined, and still be given a couple seasons to fail as they build.

@@alexwilson1107brother many big manager spend same as him but no one achieved like him.
Why every big club wanted him offering 25-30 millon per season as manager
Than more than 99% of football player salary.
He changed 3 league in only 14 years of career.
      3 UCL
      4 UCL final
      11 UCL semi final
      11 league title
      35 trophy
3 league peat in Bundesliga, laliga, premier league.
      2 treble
      3 five trophy season
      1 sextruple
Except klopp he had better winning ratio than any other managers.
Except Liverpool his team has better winning ratio than any other teams.
Cruyff suggest him over Jose Mourinho at Barcelona.
At that time he had 0 experience as manager for A team
While Jose Mourinho was one of the best manager at that time.

Anyone who doesn't acknowledge pep as a great manager knows very little about football. As a fan, I always put my expectations in check when my team faces city, regardless of whether their key players are missing, because I know they are a system of moving parts, engineered by a master (Pep). It doesn't matter who is playing on the City team, they all share a common philosophy and remain discipline to the system. A system that has been tried and tested for its effectiveness.

The 4th season as coach of FC Barcelona they couldn't win the league because the refeering was abismal and pro-Real Madrid. The Spanish authorities had decree that Guardiola 's Barça domination had to end and the referees did the dirty job of favouring Real Madrid constantly. There was a chance , Real Madrid against Valencia that the referee didn't signal penalty to a blatant handball that blocked a ball going into the goal when the scoreline was 3-2 to Real Madrid.
In anycase, the previous season Txiki Begiristain had decided to leave the club because of the meddling of Sandro Rosell in the tecnical department (Sandro wanted certain brasilian players to benefit his private business). This experience made Pep Guardiola decide to leave the following season. When both Txiki Begiristain and Pep Guardiola game together again at Manchester City ... well, as they say "the rest is history"..

Some rightly say he is the greatest.
He is, but what you have to remember is that not only is he battling 19 other teams in the Premier League he is also up against a deeply corrupt UEFA, English FA, EPL and PGMOL All of those bodies are poked by rival club boards to act the way they do. Prominent among those are Arsenal, Liverpool & Man U. Those 3 were among 14 clubs were wanted to stop City making their name in Europe too.
City and Pep have beaten them all. City are the best club the EPL has ever produced regardless of the one eyed views of jealous rival fans in Salford, Liverpool and London.

He is a great manager, I can never consider him the greatest of all time, simply because it's hard to judge when I believe he has been the most resourced manager in history as well. Everywhere he has been there has been monumental investments in his projects. I'm not downplaying his achievements, but it's also easy to overlook other brilliant managers who did wonders with the resources they had. In Spain, Guardiola had Messi, in Bundesliga, every season he brought in players from his closest rivals, weakening them. At City, well the amount of money spent there should be a documentary in itself. In addition, for me a coach should be more than just a figure on the football field, but a great leader. With Pep, there's no empathy, when players tell stories about Pep, it's about his obsessions and quirks, but rarely the human side of things. I think sport should be more than just results

The idea is that Pep makes things look easy and that he wins only for the price of the players. How many clubs spent more than him and did not achieve the same as Mournho did? He spent a lot at Real Madrid, and every coach aspires and seeks to coach big clubs, and Pep, however, is a genius. He is a coach who develops himself. Yes, the special one, even if he won the Porto Club, was a breakthrough event, but with age he was unable to develop himself
