In this video I learned the functions of management which is planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. planning is future oriented, organizing is establishing worker relationships, staffing is recruiting and selecting employees for positions, directing is articulating the vision , energizing the employees, inspiring and motivating them, controlling is improving performance, taking action and evaluate how well you are achieving your goals.
Two suggestions: 1. Dont use that damn hand drawing graphic, its trash and makes the video trash 2. Dont use Royalty Free music, for it too is trash. Contain your leadership, dont unleash it like your handle name. Good day sir
