How do you signal good I have push pull and so you have to pull down for gas and in for brake

I hold on to the steering wheel with my left thumb and use my fingers to signal, by the grace of God I have long fingers and strong arms so that works for me, but you can also push in the brake to slow down before the turn then leave the push-pull device then signal.

I often use my thumbs but sometimes I grab the upper section of the steering wheel and use my elbow. Since we all have different abilities try and practices different ways that you can and adapt to it.

Yow will have to visit the DVLA office with a vehicle and the device, they will get their engineers to asses the modification to the vehicle then they will request for a medical report then they will give you a document to enable you take a driving lesson then eventually take your driving test, when you pass then you can get your license.
