It's made by CEI. I don't know if that's even a Harbor Breeze, but if it's a Harbor Breeze it's Harbor Breeze Garden Isle. Harbor Breeze Whitestar is imported by Litex and I don't know of any Litex made by CEI, and also Whitestar started with flatter tipped blades, and then newer Whitestar has thin vents.
