- Gnomeregan Raid, Phase 2 of Season of Discovery:
Electrocutioner 6000's Chain Lightning Mechanic hits the target the farthest away from the boss. You should never get hit by this twice in a row. Therefore, the go-to strat is normally to have 2 groups of 3 players each, take turns in repositioning the farthest away from boss.
However, as a shaman, Grounding Totem completely nullifies Electrocutioner 6000's Chain Lightning Damage, allowing the ranged shaman to soak all such casts. Just note that two additional players will still be hit by this mechanic, meaning that you will still need 2 group of 2 players each to switch positions.
This is much more manageable though, plus increase overall DPS throughout the fight.

Healer parses are kinda stupid tbh. I got 100 on first boss on my resto druid(Kefirkungen CS EU) but only because I told my guild to skip all mechanics so I could use wild growth on Cd and do insane heals. Gray parses for your friend probably means you guys are doing a good job at mechanics and that the other healer is taking care of the rest. Tell your friend to specc more dps and slap some heals in crisis
Grounding works group wide, so it doesn't just have to be the shaman that stands out and gets targeted for the zaps

Now if only they’d increase the range of shocks. It’d be nice to sit max range as ele shaman but alas shocks are only 20 yards

Don’t use a shield for resto. Dual wielding 2 one handers with double rock biter. You get 2.5k man every minute.
Or macro swap to dw with RB for when you use SR.
rockbiter increases mana regen?
@tednicholas4719 yes, through the new rune of Shamanistic Rage. The mana regen is based on attack power. So using 2x 1hand weapons with rockbiter on them gives 594atk power worth of mana regen.
