Shaman is really strong. I just one shoot a guy using ancestral guidance + lvl 35 healing potion + elemental mastery, it was a critical hit (of course). And with the next patch 27 february, ancestral guidance will be now 1 min cd

It is an item that drops in dungeons allowing you to relocate totems, mainly intended for convenience, but fun to use aggressively.
