    Thank you for being so selfless in making videos at this time. As a grandmother and anesthesia nurse on the labor and delivery unit, only continue if it feels good to you.     Just found you..starting with 1 lbs and I could NOT hold my arms up like you do, but I'll get there...what a great arm workout...my arms are tingling!! ☺

    Annie I’m so delighted that your pregnancy problems have resolved and you are feeling better and less stressed now. Long time since I was pregnant ( my youngest is 40!) but watching your video about your nightmare brought back to me the feelings of vulnerability around pregnancy, especially the first one. I love your videos so much and do the rooftop squats/abs challenge most days along with whichever arm workouts take my fancy. They are so short that they are not daunting and I find it’s more effective than trying to do longer workouts that I will eventually skip.

    I had a friend who commented about my upper arms. I’ve been doing some of your arm videos on a regular basis and even someone else noticed! That made me feel like I had really accomplished something. Thanks for your easy-to-do videos. I don’t always have 30 minutes to do a full-scale arm workout, but I can find 5 minutes even 2-3 times a day.

    Yes, more basics please!! I have been so afraid to try weights on my thin & floppy lady-wrists, but your technique is so clear that I am going in... with mini-weights. I love your precision & attention to posture. Thank you.

    Thanks Annie, just getting back to my exercises, again. Double knee issue and a rotator cuff. Ugh! This may be my new favirite one of your 4-5 min. arm exercises.     Love your workouts! It would be great to get some standing arms and back and waistline exercises, for those of us with bad knees who can’t get up and down off the floor easily
