Maria is very beautiful. She had to be somewhat skinny for modeling purposes. But for Ms Universe she might have to gain some weight. It will proportion her facial features a little better. Seen some of her modeling pictures when she had more meat, everything looks well in proportion. I guess being a little too skinny can throw off certain features. But she remind me of Kate Middleton. Her expressions, her kindness, her smarts and graceful movement. Miss Philippines is also beautiful. Her families lived in Thailand, and has lots of support there. I thought the runner up lady was more appealing, in that, she exudes a more unique and exotic beauty while radiating an endearing personality. Whereas, Miss Maria has the "typical" model features that would not stand out in a large group of "typical" beautiful model looking women, and her demeanor is all too mechanistic. Just my opinion;)
