I play the Donnas a bit less nowadays, but it’s always nice to find their shows on Utube. Someone posted the gig I was at in Antwerp, Belgium in 2007 and I really wish I was there again. I’m also into the Regrettes now, y’know Lydia got the epiphany of what she was going to do later in life at 6 at a Donnas’ gig. WOW! Posting this a few weeks before the States get rid of Donald Trump. Everything is falling into place, only just get this COVID atrocity over. How I miss the Donnas live!
@@joejones9520 she is an OK singer, and she totally isn't always in key. the latter is really isn't debatable, anyone could verify. disclaimer: I love the Donnas, and I think Brett's singing abilities are perfect for the music, and she's an excellent frontperson.
@@Retfie719 She sounds better in the Stripminers. Give Pour Out Your Heart, Meet My Maker (With My Best Dress On), or Uptown a listen. They only put out 3 albums sadly, but there are some gems in there. Off key of not, Brett is still my favorite front woman. She just does "it" for me. ;)
I can't believe it has been 16 years since Gold Medal was released. The Donnas were a fun band. I hope they are doing well, wherever they are.

I really miss this band. I honestly think every album they got better and better.
Donna's so hot! i mean, i like Donna, too. but Donna's not my type, and Donna doesn't do anything for me either.
