Unveiling the Secret to Mind-Blowing Vocal Chops on MPC Live 2

Beat making with Akai MPC Live 2 with vocal sample chops and using the MPC's Half Speed effect. In this video I'm cooking up a beat chopping up a pitched up vocal sample, turning it into a boom bap beat adding some extra flavour with the Half Speed effect. Follow along the process of adding samples, drums, bass and in the end half speed effect, all in the DAWless corner of my home studio.

Thanks for sharing. What filter did you use to get the vocals clean?

I don't think I used a filter, the sample is just sped up. As far as I can remember it's a vocals only section of a song.
