I always switch out all my old halogen bulbs to LED, they don't burn out, they use less energy and are more efficient and their way brighter than standard, I recommend everyone do the same.
First of all, the music is waay to loud. Secondly you don't have to remove the center console. You can lift up the gear indicator and you'll have a free way to the bulb.
What vehicle make, model & year did you work on. Looks like some vehicles will have to have the console removed to get access to the light. In other models should only have to lift the gear shift indicator.

i changed the bulb. still not lighting? is there a fuse for it?
How about if the buld won't turn on I checked fuses are ok maybe wire how to connect to other wires to turn it on

You don’t have to take the console out. Just take the black trim that around the stick.
