Love your recipes, compare them with my mothers. They are quite similar. I have made many of your recipes and my family enjoys them immensly. Thank You Evtixia Baripati
I just discovered you and you’re so great! I really love that you put your videos in organized playlists! It makes it so easy to just watch one after another! My fav is the vegetarian playlist!
Everything looked so delicious. Yum! I’m looking forward to making the beef bone broth. Glad to know that I can freeze the spanakopitakia without cooking it first. I’ve always partially cooked it, cooled it, then froze it, afraid that the bottom would become soggy if I didn’t do it this way. I will definitely try it your way next time. I already make the bougatsa rolls. About a year ago my husband and I we’re watching one of your earlier videos on how to make them, and he commented that they looked really good. So I made them for his Nameday. He loved them. 😊 Oh and his favorite dish is pastitsio, which I don’t care to make. The mess😱! I like the idea of making two at a time and freezing one for another day. Two pans of pastitsio, one clean up. 🤗 Why didn’t I think of that before.🤦🏻♀️
Great video and great ideas for frezeer meals. I was looking for the dishes for freezer meals of Mediterranean taste. One tip for glass dishes. If you put the pyrex dish in cold oven and start the heat, it does not crack. But ceramics do crack whatever you try .
TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I love freezer-safe meals and desserts I did the dessert ones with the chocolate ganache with ground pistachios The other one I did it in cookie butter rolls. I did them both in mini rolls with chocolate ganache and pistachios and the cookie butter because I hate wasting phyllo. Sadly I didn't try them yet..
I love your recipes! Tried so many and they always turn out amazing! Would you be willing to do a brief video or insta live talking about how one can turn their cooking passion into a youtube channel and earn from it.
Dimitra pes mou, I see you used olive oil for the bechamel sauce, all my life we used butter . Is there a difference in the taste with the olive oil ? Do you taste the olive oil in the bechamel? Which do you like using better oil or butter ? Thank you 🙏🏼
One of the best videos you done …all your videos are terrific but I truly enjoyed this one. More of this please.
