I'm about the same height as you and I did the 10" kraus pullback risers with the low bend bar and the 1.5" raptor pullback plate. It's perfect for me. You should definetly give the trex or raptor plate a try. They make a huge difference. Keep up the great videos
How tall are you?im 5’6 5’7 and Im in a similar situation. Im running the kraus wolf one 10” pro kit on my rgst. And im thinking about the raptor plate just for that little extra pull back.
This was good information. I haven't purchased my bike yet, however I am researching what would be best for me. I know because I am older, I need something that won't stress my shoulders and would probably go with 6.5 pull back with that 1 inch spacer via Thrashn with a mid bend bar. But interest to know what you do. Thank you for all you do.
I’m 6ft 2 and feel like it’s a long reach to the bars, although you dont look too awkward from the side at all i completely understand you want the bars closer 😅 Could only imagine when you try to turn full lock in a carpark it would pull your arm away from you without leaning forward Maybe just try the mid bend first and if still no good then the plate, it always looks like a cleaner setup without the plate down there
That makes sense i am taller than you so when i sat on the low rider ST my knees where too high up , i wonder with foward controls how i would fit . The bars look sick love them. I like the low bend as well . Dont sleep on the old skool lol.
More concerned about the powder coating. I already know Thrashin risers and foot controls fade color over 1-2 years time from a TH-cam review. These are expensive parts. Generally Harley parts don’t fade color for long years and perhaps never fade.
I would also consider OG Top Triple Tree, you can go +1'' & +2'' pullback towards the ride, looks to be a very nice quality part
I did the og moto pullback plate and damn what an upgrade. So stoked on how it feels now
Dope, I’m tryna get one of those too
Highly recommend the Trex plate. I have one on my FXLRS and it made a world of difference.
Do the plate and the bars! You won’t regret the comfort. I did both on my kraus setup on my roadglide. 🤘🏻
Will be watching for the after Milwaukee video!
It’s up right now
