Landers was supposed to be the site of solenad 4,which is bigger than the combined solenad 1,2&3. Di natuloy due to pandemic at biglang pumasok sa picture si landers.
But now green fence is back.tuloy pa kaya ang solenad 4?
Importante din ang hospitals hindi lang puro schools, groceries and malls 😊
Yes. Good thing we have the medical city south luzon and healthway hospital in santa rosa. And soon to open kidney center. First in Laguna :)
Wala pa ako nakikitang high rise building dyan for work at high rise condominiums. Parang future bgc ng south ang bilis ng mga malls building dyan. Nakukulangan ako sa mga buildings dyan para maging cbd ng south.
Prices in Nuvali are speculated way too high right now.

Daming malls, yet the road isn't wide enough to accommodate so many vehicles, imagine nung konti pa lang establishments dyan nagta-trapik na ng matinde, what more pag natapos na yang SM, even with Calax, magta-trapik pa rin yan ng matinde. Oh well, basta progress daw sabi ng mayor namin.
Exactly sir, I live within the area and nakakamiss yung datii na kahit anong oras ka lumabas maluwag ang daan pero ngayon lumabas ka lang ng subdivision pahirapan pa.
ewan ko ba dito sa pinas parang ang batayan ng progress sa atin eh magpatayo ng mall eh samantalang sa mga first world countries sobrang progressive naman nila pero bihira ka lang makakita ng malalaking mall. Parang hindi din naman nageequate sa progress ang pagpapatayo nyan dahil kung saan saan na nga lang sila nagpapatayo eh kahit nga mga looban nilalagyan nila ng sm center. Hindi mo nga mawari kung bakit may sm center na ang daanan eh 2 way lang. Nakakatawa na nga lang example sa lugar namin, nauna pa magkamall kaysa magkaroon ng public hospital. Progress na daw yan yung may galaan.😂
Yes at sobrang pagkamamahal ng real estate sa atin MAs mahal pa minsan sa ibang bansa.
