It seems that these developers are pushing PH realty prices to the roof. These luxury real estate would only cater to expatriates as most Filipinos aren't rich! The government should put an end to these developers unconscientious approach to development as definitely it wouldn't bring anything to local populace but would just push them to areas without the appropriate infrastructures.
It is the job of the gov't to provide similar if not even better living conditions..be it in the city or in provincial areas. The Private Sector is pushing for urban developments.The Gov't should match those moves!! Eradicate Corruption in the gov't heirarchy from top to bottom.

Yes! Sabi nga ng filipino retiree from US na kasabay ko sa flight, you see growth sa PH pag nakikita mo yung napakaraming cranes before ka mag landing hehe

Hopefully there will be a bypass road from Nuvali directly to SM YOLO. The traffic on Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road is horrendous now.
