      Happy New Years and I hope you’re having a great time these days!!
      I live in Gyeonggido which takes about 30 mins to Seoul.
      What makes you be interested in Korean apartments? Can you tell me if there’s any difference to the houses in your country?

    • @allegapuri4201
      @allegapuri4201 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yeah, am indonesian so my house is totally difference. People here is very rare to lived in apartement, we usually build were own house or rent or get credt for some mini houses here. Because the the houses here is not so expensive as there,,and we do not have some shoe closet in door way when entrance the house. I realy like your country with all those beautifull destination, culture and your languangess, and yeah. The most thing i do love for Korea is BTS,, hahah. Thanks you for answering me, youre very humble.
      Best of luck for you two. 💜💜💜 khamsahamnida.

    Honestly the only thing that I hate about living in Korea from living in America is the fact that most apartments don’t have a American style shower😭 it’s so inconvenient to have my entire bathroom wet😕

    • @jwkoreatv
      @jwkoreatv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      That’s true. So I added partition on the bathtub and I usually use the shower booth. I also don’t like the bathroom to be wet.☺️

    I have to correct your English.. we don't say furnitures.... It's only furniture ... This is the plural form. If you want to use the singular form. We usually say : I purchased a new dining room set. Or I purchased a couple pieces of new furniture. All of our furniture was moved except for the couch. The couch was too small for the new apartment. You can also say: We brought / purchased all new furnishings for the apartment. What a lovely home you have... I love the coffee table in the living room.... I wish I could have a coffee bar/ juice station in my apartment. My apartment is too small for one. I'm curious as to how much it cost to use the moving service?

    • @jwkoreatv
      @jwkoreatv  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ohhh thanks! It’s a good point. No plural for furniture :)
      This moving service depends on how many things you have and how heavy they are. For our home, it was something like 2000 US dollars.

    Can u make a video how much it’s the rent

    • @jwkoreatv
      @jwkoreatv  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I bought this house, and the rent changes a lot these days because of real estate policy change in Korea recently. So it’s hard to tell how much the price is.
      But maybe I can tell you rent system in Korea. There are two ways to rent a house.
      First is you pay a huge amount of money for deposit, and no monthly pay.
      For example, you pay like 700k USD for deposit. You’ll get it back when you move out.
      Second way is to give a small deposit and pay the monthly fee.
      For example, give 100k USD for deposit, and pay about 1000 USD every month.
