Wow, it seems like many of the TH-camrs I follow are leveling up in their living spaces. Happy to see your new apartment - it's really beautiful! I have to say that I'm curious about the price point but also recognize that it's none of my business 😂
Same as you, seems to me that a lot of TH-camrs that I follow are quite, quite wealthy. I can't imagine that apartment is anywhere affordable for most of us. But it sure is nice to see such beautiful places on this earth.
If I had to guess this is 5500 or more. If it’s in a major city - this is easily 7000 in rent which is insane to me. Annual rent would be somewhere from 70-80k! For that, I would rather own property. This would be a great air BNB experience tho.
The best part of the house is how much you enjoy it lol. I could feel the giddiness through the screen when you mimed the picture placement. All the best for this new chapter in your life!
Just saw this, by this time, you most likely learned how to use the bbq. Not just for burgers or hotdogs. Looks like it was put together nicely. Lots of small refrigerators. Yes owning a home is not something everyone should aspire to own. Yard work increases and decreases with the seasons. Then there is the occasional issue, like my water valve to the dishwasher broke, due to age and being plastic, had to shut off the water to the whole house, tomorrow a plumber will fix it. Enjoy your view, nice skyline and downtown to look out onto.
