Charger looks almost identical to my 1:1. My car sat in a corn field which I believe helped preserve it as the only rust I found was on the pasenger fender, the back of the rear quarters. The frame and floorboards were solid . When I got it to school to start my rebuild it was originally a poly silver but at some point someone had repainted the exterior a burgundy color. The paint was so badly checked their were small cracks in the metal where the paint had cracked. 2 gallon of stripper and 3 dozen or so 180 grit da sand paper knocked it down flat. Also found 2 22 caliber holes 1 in the drivers door and the other in a fender. The interior was 97% original and in great shape. I had the body 95% complete and ready for paint. Lost the garage I had it stored at and had it moved to my wife's uncle's cabin. About a year later a tree fell on it totalling it and I had no insurance on it.
Cool brother. There was a guy out here, had a Gold anniversary edition 57 chevy bel air. Me and my uncle stopped to ask if she was 4 sale, guy says no, I'm using as a PLANTER for my ferns!!!!!😮
